ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների' տարածաշրջան այցելության օրակարգը դեռևս հստակ չէ, սակայն Ստեփանակերտում սպասում են եռանախագահների այցելությանն ու նրանց հետ հանդիպմանը: ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանն «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ տարածաշրջան այցելելիս համանախագահները սովորաբար այցելում են Արցախ և հանդիպում ԼՂՀ բարձրաստիճան քաղաքական այրերին: «Իհարկե, լինում են նաև բացառություններ, երբ համանախագահները գալիս են Հայաստանի և Ադբեջանի նախագահների առաջիկա հանդիպման վերաբերյալ որոշակի ծրագրեր կազմելու և Ստեփանակերտ չեն այցելում: ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբից դեռևս հայտարարություն չի եկել այս անգամ Ստեփանակերտ այցելության վերաբերյալ, սակայն մենք սպասում ենք նրանց այցին Արցախում»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:

Նրա փոխանցմամբ, չպետք է թերագնահատել Մինսկի խմբի կատարած աշխատանքը, քանի որ այսօրվա փխրուն խաղաղությունը որոշակի կերպով ապահովվում է նաև նրանց ջանքերի շնորհիվ: «Յուրաքանչյուր նման այցելությունը հույս է ներշնչում, որ հակամարտության կարգավորումը կարող է առաջ գնալ: Իհարկե, չի կարելի ակնկալել, որ միանգամից կարգավորում տեղի կունենա, քանի որ հակամարտությունը բարդ է և դժվար լուծելի, սակայն նման հանդիպումները, այցելությունները տարածաշրջան, նպաստում են կոնֆլիկտի հարթմանը: Մենք մեծ հույսեր ենք կապում թե’ համանախագահների այցելության, թե’ հոկտեմբերի վերջին Փարիզում կայանալիք նախագահների հանդիպման հետ»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ) և Պիեռ Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) հոկտեմբերի 14-18-ին կլինեն տարածաշրջանում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանն ասաց, որ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին համանախագահները կլինեն Երևանում, կհանդիպեն ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այցի նպատակն է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման նախապատրաստումը, որը տեղի է ունենալու Ֆրանսիայում:

Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Փարիզում նախատեսվում է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումը: Հանդիպման նախաձեռնողը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդն է: Մայիսին Երևան և Բաքու կատարած այցերի ժամանակ Օլանդը երկու երկրների նախագահներին հրավիրել էր Փարիզ' քննարկելու ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն առնչվող հարցերը: Մինչ փարիզյան հանդիպումը երկու երկրների նախագահները Սոչիում հանդիպել են ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրավերով, իսկ հետո Նյու Յորքում կայացել է եռակողմ հանդիպում ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի հետ:
