Երկու տարվա ընթացքում օրինական ճանապարհով Հայաստանից Ֆրանսիա է մեկնել 1047 հայ

Սկսած 2013թ.օրինական ճանապարհով Հայաստանից Ֆրանսիա է մեկնել 1047 հայ: Նրանց միջին տարիքը 32-ն է: Տոկոսային առումով դիմողների սեռային տարբերությունն այնքան էլ մեծ չէ` դիմողների 53 տոկոսը կանայք են, 47 տոկոսը՝ տղամարդիկ:

Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ողջ աշխարհից ստորագրվել է 108 969 ինտեգրման պայմանագիր: Օրինական ճանապարհով Ֆրանսիա մեկնողների առումով հայերը մեծ թիվ չեն կազմում: Դիմող պետությունների ցանկում 16-րդ տեղում են և կազմում են ընդհանուր թվի 1,2 տոկոսը: Տվյալները Ֆրանսիայի միգրացիայի և ինտեգրման գրասենյակի(OFII) ծրագրի ղեկավար Իվա Ժակուպովիչինն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, կազմակերպությունը Հայաստանից անօրինական միգրանտների տեղաշարժի և թվի հետ կապված տեղեկություններ չունի: Հայտնի է, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքու մ 341 հայ դիմել են ապաստան ստանալու հայցով: Թե այդ հայցերից քանիսն է բավարարվել, կրկին կազմակերպությունը տեղեկություն չունի:

1047 հայերից միայն մեկն է դիմել Ֆրանսիայում աշխատելու համար: Մնացածը կամ Ֆրանսիայում ունեցել են ընտանեկան կապեր, կամ ստացել են փախստականի կարգավիճակ: Ֆրանսիա մեկնելու համար տրամադրվում է կացության 10 տեսակի քարտ՝ կախված նրանից, թե ինչ նպատակով ես մեկնում: Մեծ առավելություն է տրվում տաղանդներին. կացության համար տրվող փաստաթղթղում հենց այդպես էլ ամրագրվում է. «Նա տաղանդ է»:

Օրինական ճանապարհով Ֆրանսիա մեկնելու համար գոյություն ունի երկու փուլ: Այն սկսվում է միգրանտի երկրում և շարունակվում Ֆրանսիայում: «Մինչ ֆրանսիա գնալը անձը որոշ հարցեր ունի կարգավորելու իր հայրենիքում: Նախ պետք է դիմել հյուպատոսություն և վիզա ստանալու համար դիմում ներկայացնել: Դիմումը ներկայացնելուց հետո հայտատուները պետք է անցնեն երկու թեստ՝ նախ ստուգվում է ֆրանսերեն լեզվի իմացությունը, հետո արդեն անցկացվում է ֆրանսիայի ազգային արժեքների մասին քննություն»,- ասում է Իվա Ժակոպովիչը: Եթե դիմողի կրթական մակարդակը չի բավարարում, ապա նա պարտավոր է անցնել դասընթաց: 48 ժամ դասընթաց՝ ֆրանսերենին տիրապետելու համար ևս երեք ժամ՝ ֆրանսիայի արժեքներին տիրապետելու համար: Երկու դասընթացից հետո էլ տրվում է ատեստացիա, որից հետո արդեն կնքվում է ինտեգրման պայմանագիր մեկ տարի ժամկետով, որը պետք է վերակնքվի յուրաքանչյուրը վեց ամիսը մեկ անգամ:
