Նախագահը խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի ու պետական բուհերի ռեկտորների մասնակցությամբ

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը և պետական բուհերի ռեկտորները:

Քննարկվել են նախորդ խորհրդակցության ժամանակ տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև պետական բուհերին դեռևս մտահոգող խնդիրները: Նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը զեկուցել է ՀՀ Նախագահի հանձնարարականների հիման վրա մի շարք ուղղություններով իրականացված աշխատանքներն ու դրանք արդյունքները: Պետական բուհերի համար ընդհանրական խնդիրները, որոնց լուծման գործում ուսումնական այդ հաստատությունները պետական աջակցության կարիքն են ունեցել, հիմնականում վերաբերել են բուհերի գործունեության ոլորտում հավասար մրցակցային պայմանների ապահովմանը, ոլորտում պետական միասնական քաղաքականության մշակմանն ու այդ գործընթացում՝ ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրության արդիականացման աշխատանքներում բուհերի ներկայացուցիչների ներգրավմանը, բուհերի կազմակերպաիրավական կարգավիճակի բարեփոխմանը, բնագիտական և ինժեներական կրթության զարգացման մասին համալիր պետական ծրագրի մշակմանը, բուհական հանրակացարանային համալիրի կառուցման հնարավորություններին, բուհերին կից գործող ավագ դպրոցների ուսուցիչների համար սոցիալական փաթեթների կիրառմանը, ռազմական և քաղաքացիական բուհերի միջև համագործակցության զարգացմանն ու մի շարք այլ թեմաների:

Ռեկտորների խորհրդի նախագահ, ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանը և խորհրդի անդամ մյուս ռեկտորները նախարարի զեկույցից հետո ներկայացրել են յուրաքանչյուրն իր ղեկավարած ուսումնական հաստատության առաջնահերթ խնդիրները, վերջին շրջանի ձեռքբերումներն ու զարգացման ծրագրերը: Ընդգծվել է, որ Նախագահի հանձնարարականների զգալի մասը իրականացված է, մի քանի խնդիրներ գտնվում են իրագործման ընթացքում:

Հանդիպման մասնակիցները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Հանրապետության Նախագահին՝ ոլորտի խնդիրները հետևողականորեն ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելու, պարբերաբար նման խորհրդակցություններ հրավիրելու և դրանց ընթացքում առկա խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալու համար:

Խորհրդակցության ավարտին Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանձնարարել է ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարին և ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին՝ ամփոփել բարձրացված խնդիրներն ու դրանց լուծման ուղղված առաջարկությունները, քննարկել համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների հետ և զեկուցել արդյունքների մասին: Նախագահը վստահեցրել է, որ բարձրացված բոլոր խնդիրները և դրանց հնարավոր լուծումները հանգամանորեն կքննարկվեն, և ռեկտորների խորհուրդը ևս կտեղեկացվի արդյունքների մասին:
