Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական ուժերի շփման գծում իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ: Վերջին օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմը բազմիցս փորձել է ներթափանցել հայկական դիրքեր և դիվերսիոն գործողություններ իրականացնել, տարբեր տրամաչափի զենքերից պարբերաբար գնդակոծվում են հայկական խաղաղ բնակավայրերը:
Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը ձգտում է օգտվել աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր իրողություններից և նման արկածախնդիր հարձակումներով ձախողել ԼՂՀ հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման հնարավորությունը: Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության' իրավիճակին ոչ համարժեք և անպատասխանատու կեցվածքը հակասում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի և միջազգային հանրության' հակամարտությունը խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով լուծելու սկզբունքին:
Հերթական անգամ հայկական ուժերի հարկադրված պատասխան գործողությունների շնորհիվ հակառակորդը հետ է շպրտվել' տալով զոհեր և վիրավորներ: Մեր հայրենիքի սահմաններին կանգնած զինվորներն ապացուցեցին, որ մշտապես համարժեք պատասխանով Ադրբեջանին թույլ չեն տալու ռազմական գերակշռության հասնել: Այդ սադրանքների ընթացքում հայ զինվորը ցույց տվեց իր մարտական բարձր պատրաստականությունն ու անմնացորդ նվիրվածությունը հայրենքի պաշտպանության գործին:
Մեր ժողովրդի հետ սգում ենք զոհված հերոսների կորուստը և ցավակցում նրանց հարազատներին ու մտերիմներին: Նրանց անունն ու սխրանքը վառ պահելը ամենքիս խնդիրն է:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակում բացառիկ կարեւորելով հայ հանրության համախմբվածությունը Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի շուրջ՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ խմբակցությունները կոչ են անում.
• ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին' գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապատեության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության սահմանագծից դիպուկահարների հետ քաշման, միջադեպերի քննության և ժողովուրդների միջև ատելություն սերմանող հայտարարությունների և գործողությունների բացառման ուղղությամբ:
• Միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և պետություններին' հրաժարվել ընդհանուր գնահատականներից, կողմերի միջև հավասարություն դնող մոտեցումից և դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի' խնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու միտված նախահարձակ ու սադրիչ գործողությունները: Դադարեցնել ռազմական արկածախնդրության հակված Ադրբեջանին մեծաքանակ սպառազինության վաճառքը, ինչը հակասում է վերջնական խաղաղություն հաստատելու ջանքներին:
Միաժամանակ հայտարարում ենք, որ եթե Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը շարունակի իր ապակառուցողական գործելաոճը, իրադարձությունների անկանխատեսելի զարգացման ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է միայն ինքը: Հայ ժողովուրդն ու հայ զինվորը ապացուցել և ապացուցելու են, որ պատրաստ են ապահովել Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անվտանգությունը:
