Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը 6 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել՝ սեփական կնոջը սեռական շահագործման ենթարկելու, խմբակային սեքս պարտադրելու համար։
«Փաստինֆո»-ն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Կարենը (անունը փոխված է) կնոջն ստիպել է իր հետ միասին սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ այլ տղամարդու հետ` պատճառաբանելով, թե դրանով կինն իրեն ոչ միայն գերհաճույք կպատճառի, այլև կապացուցի, որ սիրում է իրեն:
Բացի այդ, անծանոթ տղամարդն այդ ամենի դիմաց նաև վճարելու է:
Շուրջ երկու ամիս համոզելուց հետո կինը համաձայնել է: 2010 թվականին Երևան քաղաքի Զաքյան փողոցում գործող հյուրանոցում նրանք հանդիպել են ինտերնետային կայքի միջոցով ծանոթացած ոմն Ակայի հետ, ով Կարենին 20 000 դրամ գումար է տվել:
Դրանից հետո, երբ կինը հայտարարել է, որ այլևս նման բանի չի մասնակցի, ամուսինը սպառնացել է, թե տեղի ունեցածի մասին լուրեր կտարածի ինտերնետում և կզրկի կնոջը մայրական իրավունքից: Սպառնալով ու ծեծելով կնոջը` ամուսինը 2010 թվականի վերջերից մինչև 2013 թվականի հունիս ամիսը նրան շուրջ 20 անգամ ենթարկել է սեռական շահագործման:
odnoklassniki.ru և знакомства@mail.ru կայքերում ծանոթանալով մի քանի տղամարդկանց հետ` վերջիններիս զույգերի մասնակցությամբ սեռական հարաբերություններ են ունեցել նրանց հետ, իսկ ստացած գումարներն ամուսինը ծախսել է իր ցանկությամբ:
Դատարանում կինը պատմել է, որ ամուսնության հենց առաջին տարում ամուսինը, ինտերնետային պոռնկագրական կայքեր այցելությունների արդյունքում, իրեն խմբակային սեռական հարաբերությունների առաջարկություններ է արել:
Մի անգամ էլ այգում զբոսնելիս իրենք հանդիպել են անծանոթ մի տղամարդու: Ամուսինն ասել է, որ նրա հետ պայմանավորվել է սեռական հարաբերություններ ունենալու շուրջ և սեղմելով իր ձեռքը՝ ստիպել է լռել: Հետո միասին գարեջուր են խմել, գնացել Զաքյանի փողոցի վրա գտնվող հյուրանոցը:
Մյուս անգամ նույնը կրկնվել է Ավան Առինջում գտնվող մի համալիրում, որտեղ ինքն ստիպված կատարել է ինչպես ամուսնու, այնպես էլ՝ անծանոթ տղամարդու տարբեր տեսակի սեքսուալ ցանկությունները: Հանդիպումից հետո Կարենն ստացել է 25.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար: Հետո եղել են այլ տղամարդիկ ու զույգեր:
Օրինակ` Գոքոր և Նառա անուններով զույգի հետ առաջին ինտիմ հարաբերության համար Կարենը գումար է վերցրել, սակայն դրանից հետո համարում էին որպես փոխադարձ հաճույք, թեև Գոքորը Միքայելին 3-5 000 դրամի չափով գումար էր տալիս` ձեռքի ծախսի համար:
Տղամարդկանցից մեկը` 50 տարեկան, Գևորգ անունով մեկը, եկել էր գյուղում գտնվող իրենց վարձակալած տուն: Նա Միքայելին 10.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար է տվել: Նրանք ընթրել են, Կարենը և Գևորգն օղի են խմել, ինքը` մեկ բաժակ գինի: Կարենը և Գևորգը նույն սենյակում պառկած են եղել: Ինքը քնեցրել է երեխային և մտել սենյակ, Գևորգը նրան իր մոտ է կանչել, ամուսինն էլ գլխով համաձայնության նշան է արել: Իր և Գևորգի միջև տեղի է ունեցել սեռական հարաբերություն, որին Կարենը չի մասնակցել:
Խմբակային սեռական հարաբերություններ ամուսնական զույգն ունեցել է նույնիսկ Կարենի կնքահոր որդու հետ:
Ի վերջո կինը փախել է տնից ու զանգահարել մորը: Մորն ամեն բան պատմելուց հետո հարևաններից մեկը կնոջն ու երեխային իր ավտոմեքենայով տարել է Երևան` մոր տուն:
Հասնելով Երևան` կինը պարզել է, որ մայրն արդեն դիմել է ոստիկանություն:
