Գյումրիի նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի փեսայի' Կարեն Եսայանի սպանության համար ամբաստանվող Հարություն Սարգսյանի պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանի՝ վճռաբեկ բողոքի պատասխանն ուղարկելու սահմանված կարգը, կարծես թե, խախտվում է: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը պաշտպան Սահակյանը հիշեցրեց նախապատմությունը, համաձայն որի' նախքան նախկին քաղաքապետի դստեր հետ նշանադրվելը նրա փեսային հետապնդել են: Գրում է «Ժողովուրդ»-ը:

 Հիշեցնենք, որ Հարություն Սարգսյանը դատապարտվեց 15 տարվա ազատազրկման: Հոդվածներից մեկի հատկանիշներով' ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրություն, սահմանված է առավելագույնը 1 տարի ազատազրկում, սակայն դատավորը երկու տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել: Լուսինե Սահակյանը վստահեցրեց, որ ողջ դատական քննությունն անցել է ակնհայտ ապօրինություններով, ինչը նկատի չունեցավ նաև վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը: Պաշտպանի պատմածի համաձայն' Սպարտակ Ղուկասյանը' Վարդան Ղուկասյանի որդին, պնդել է, որ Կարեն Եսայանը նշանադրության օրն իրենց տուն չգա, քանի որ դեմ է եղել քրոջ և նրա ամուսնությանը: «Կքոռանաս, բայց քրոջս երեսը չես տեսնի»,-ասել է Սպարտակը:

«Նախկինում Վարդան Ղուկասյանի եղբոր դուստրն ինքնասպանություն է գործել հենց նրանց տանը: Նա որդուն ասել է' ուզում ես կրկնվի՞ Անիի պատմությունը, քանի որ Սպարտակ Ղուկասյանն այս անգամ էլ դեմ է եղել հորեղբոր դստեր և մի տղայի կապին: Ի դեպ, մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ ցուցմունք տված անձնավորություններից մեկը ինքնասպան է եղել, և լրատվամիջոցներում գրել են, թե դա այս պատմության հետ է կապված»,- ներկայացրեց Սահակյանը:
