Մայրաքաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Ներքին Չարբախ թաղամասի բնակիչների ինքնագործունեության հետևանքով խցանվել է թաղամասով անցնող կոյուղագիծը, ինչի պատճառով կեղտաջրերը ողողել են հարակից տարածքները, շենք-շինություններն ու սպասարկման ոլորտի օբյեկտները: Թաղամասում գտնվող այգիները ոռոգելու նպատակով բնակիչները կոյուղու կոլեկտորի վրա տեղադրել են ինքնաշեն փականային համակարգ, որը գիշերը փակվել է, և ջրաքանակը, որով բնակիչները կոյուղաջրերով ոռոգել են իրենց հողամասերը, տասնապատկվել է`կոյուղագծի ամբողջ հոսքն ուղղելով դեպի դաշտեր: Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո նշված տարածք են այցելել Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Սարգսյանն ու «Երևան Ջուր» ընկերության «Արևելք» շահագործման տնօրինության տնօրեն Կարապետ Օհանյանը: Արդեն հեղեղված դաշտեր ջրի հոսքը դադարեցնելու նպատակով բնակիչները թեև բարձրացրել են վահանային փականը, սակայն մինչ այդ, գտնվելով փակ վիճակում, այդ հատվածում կուտակված աղբը խցանում է առաջացրել խողովակաշարում, ինչն էլ իր հերթին արտակարգ իրավիճակի է հանգեցրել: Հատուկ տեխնիկայի օգնությամբ բացվել է խցանված հատվածի բետոնե ծածկը և խցանման վերացման աշխատանքներն ընթացել են ջրի ուժեղ հոսքի պայմաններում: Զուգահեռաբար ապամոնտաժվել է ինքնաշեն կառուցված փականային համակարգը: Վթարը վերացվել և կոյուղագծի բնականոն աշխատանքը վերականգնվել է ժամը 15:00-ին: Օրեր առաջ նմանատիպ դեպք արձանագրվել էր նաև Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Կարմիր բլուր կոչվող տարածքում, ուր առաջացած կոյուղագծի խցանումը դարձյալ բնակիչների ինքնագործունեության հետևանք էր: «Երևան Ջուր» ընկերության «Արևելք» շահագործման տնօրինության տնօրեն Կարապետ Օհանյանը մայրաքաղաքի ազգաբնակչությանը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ ինքնագործունեությունից, որը կարող է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ ունենալ նախևառաջ այդ, նաև այլ տարածքների բնակիչների համար:
