Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Անրի Ռենոյին՝ մեր երկրում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն ավարտելու կապակցությամբ: Նախագահը Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և անձամբ իր անունից շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպան Ռենոյին՝ պաշտոնավարման շուրջ չորս տարվա ընթացքում նրա աշխատանքի և հայ-ֆրանսիական առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում անձնական ներդրման համար, ինչն արտացոլվել է ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության առավել ամրապնդմամբ ու խորացմամբ:

Հանրապետության Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Անրի Ռենոյի մասնագիտական գործունեությունն արժանացել է թե՛ մեր երկրի պետական և հասարակական կառույցների, թե՛ ժողովրդի բարձր գնահատականին: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի հաջորդ դեսպանը նույն նվիրումով և եռանդով կշարունակի այդ պաշտոնում բարձր առաքելությունը՝ ի նպաստ երկու բարեկամ երկրների և ժողովուրդների, իսկ Անրի Ռենոն պաշտոնավարումից հետո էլ կմնա Հայաստանի լավագույն բարեկամը:

Դեսպան Ռենոն շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ջերմ խոսքերի և իր աշխատանքին տրված բարձր գնահատականի համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ անցած շուրջ 4 տարվա ընթացքում հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդման ու զարգացման համար արել է ամեն հնարավորը, աշխատել է մեծագույն հաճույքով՝ ամենուր և ամեն պահի արժանանալով Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և ժողովրդի բարյացակամ և ջերմ վերաբերմունքին, ինչի համար անսահման շնորհակալ է և հեռանում է համոզմունքով, որ իր դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը հաջողություն է ունեցել:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նաև Ֆրանսիայի Նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի նախաձեռնությամբ օրերս Փարիզում կայանալիք Ֆրանսիայի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների եռակողմ հանդիպմանը, ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին:
