Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային շրջայցի շրջանակում քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Նուբարաշենի կենտրոնացված գրադարանային համալիր: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի այս տարվա շինբարեկարգման ծրագրի շրջանակում գրադարանն ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգվել է: Պատասխանատուները զեկուցել են, որ շինարարական աշխատանքներն ավարտվել են սահմանված ժամանակացույցի համաձայն, և այն այցելուներին այսօր դիմավորում է հարմարավետ պայմաններով: Ծանոթանալով կատարված աշխատանքներին՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցրել է, որ այս ծրագիրը ևս լինելու է շարունակական, և հարմարավետ պայմաններ են ապահովվելու Երևանի բոլոր գրադարաններում: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով մայրաքաղաքի գրադարանների պայմանների բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրային հստակ քաղաքականության համար՝ աշխատակիցներն ու ընթերցողները նկատել են, որ ծայրամասային համարվող վարչական շրջանի ընթերցասերների համար այս ծրագրի իրականացումն իսկապես անհրաժեշտություն էր: Գրադարանի տնօրենն էլ իր հերթին ընդգծել է, որ հարմարավետ պայմանների ապահովմանը զուգահեռ լուծվել է նաև շուրջ 28000 կտոր գրականությունն առավել պատշաճ պայմաններում պահպանելու, ինչպես նաև նոր համալրումները տեղավորելու կարևոր խնդիրը:
Շրջայցի շրջանակում քաղաքապետն այցելել է նաև Նուբարաշենի երաժշտական դպրոց, որը հիմնանորոգումից հետո իր դռներն է բացել սաների առջև: Տարոն Մարգարյանը շրջել է հարկաբաժիններով, ծանոթացել կատարված աշխատանքներին, զրուցել աշխատակիցների ու դպրոց հաճախող երեխաների ծնողների հետ: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով մշակութային օջախներին ցուցաբերվող մշտական ուշադրության համար՝ վերջիններս նշել են, որ դպրոցը ստեղծման օրից ի վեր երբևէ հիմնանորոգման չէր ենթարկվել ու գտնվում էր անմխիթար վիճակում: Դպրոցի տնօրենն էլ նշել է, որ հիմնանորոգումից հետո արդեն իսկ զգալիորեն ավելացել է երաժշտական դպրոց հաճախել ցանկացողների թիվը:
