Երևանի պետական համալսարանում կազմակերպված «Ուսանողական ինքնակառավարման զարգացումը և երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների նորարարական աշխատանքների մեթոդները» խորագրով միջազգային համաժողովի մասնակիցներին այսօր ընդունել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը: Ողջունելով ներկաներին` նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ քաջատեղյակ է ուսանողության խնդիրներին, որոնք, մասնավորապես, ԱՊՀ տարածքում հիմնականում նույնատիպ են:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշել է, որ ուսանողությունը, լինելով ոչ միայն կրթության շահառուն, այլև երկրի շարժիչ ուժը, ինչպես նաև ունենալով մեծ ներուժ` պետք է ներգրաված լինի ոլորտի բարեփոխումներում:«Ուսանողի դերը չի կարող սահմանափակվել նրա հասարակական ակտիվությամբ: Իհարկե, շատ կարևոր է ուսանողների մոտ քաղաքացիական բարձր գիտակցության զգացումը, քանի որ ուսանողներն են երկրի ապագան, բայց նախևառաջ ուսանողը պետք է հանդիսանա կրթական գործընթացի կարևոր մասնիկը` այդպիսով ներգրավվելով կրթական բարեփոխումներում: Մենք աշխատում ենք ձեզ համար, և ձեր կարծիքը մեզ համար անչափ կարևոր է»,-դիմելով ուսանողներին` նշել է Ա. Աշոտյանը :
Հանդիպման մասնակիցները մի շարք հարցեր են ուղղել նախարարին, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերել են Հայաստանում «Երիտասարդության մասին» օրենքի ընդունման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներին, Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև կրթության ոլորտում երկկողմանի համաձայնագրերի շրջանակում ընդհանուր հիմունքներով անվճար կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորությունների և կրթաթոշակների տրամադրման կարգին, նպատակային տեղերով կրթությանը, ուսանողների շարժունությանը, էլեկտրոնային ուսուցմանը, բուհերի խոշորացմանը, կրթության որակի ապահովմանը, դասախոսների փոխանակմանը, Բոլոնիայի գործընթացում կրթական աստիճանների և դրանով պամանավորված` աշխատաշուկայի պահանջարկի հետ կապված խնդիներին: Ուսմանը զուգընթաց աշխատելու ուսանողների հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ նախարարը նշել է, որ այսօր առավել կարևորված է ուսման ընթացքում պրակտիկայի ճիշտ կազմակերպման խնդիրը` աշխատաշուկա-կրթություն համատեքստում: Ա. Աշոտյանն ընդգծել է, որ իրականում այն գործատուները, ովքեր ուսանողներին դիտարկում են որպես իրենց ապագա գործընկերներ, մեծ հաջողություններ են արձանագրում` որպես օրինակ ներկայացնելով ՏՏ և բանկային ոլորտները: ՀՀ բուհերի ինքնավարության խնդիրների վերաբերյալ ուսանողի հարցին` նախարարը պարզաբանել է, որ ՀՀ- ում բուհերն ունեն բավականին մեծ ինքնավարություն և ապագայում նախատեսվում է անցումը հանրային բուհերի կարգավիճակի, որի պարագայում ուսումնական հաստատությունը կախվածություն կունենա ոչ թե պետությունից, այլ հասարակությունից ու առաջին հերթին հաշվետու կլինի ուսանողին և ծնողին, միաժամանակ բուհի բյուջեն կլինի բաց և թափանցիկ:
