Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային շրջայցի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի ուղեկցությամբ ծանոթացել է նաև Նոր Նորքի 1-ին զանգվածի Բորյան 4/1 շենքի հարակից տարածքում կառուցված նոր խաղահրապարակի և Նանսենի 7 շենքի հարակից մարզահրապարակի պայմաններին: Նստարաններով, մանկական ժամանակակից ատրակցիոններով, մարզասարքերով ու ֆուտբոլի խաղադաշտերով կահավորված բակային տարածքները հանձնվել են բնակիչների տնօրինմանը: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով քաղաքապետին բակերի բարեկարգման ծրագիրը հետևողականորեն կյանքի կոչելու համար՝ բակային տարածքների բնակիչները նկատել են, որ տասնյակ տարիներ անխնամ մնացած տարածքներն այսօր այլևս համալրել են մայրաքաղաքի հարյուրավոր բարեկարգ բակերի շարքը: Մասնավորապես, Բորյան 4/1 շենքին հարակից խաղահրապարակի տեղում նախկինում եղել է անխնամ բոստանային տարածք և այժմ առավել քան ակնհայտ է կատարված աշխատանքի արդյունքը: Իր հերթին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով գնահատանքի համար՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն էլ մեկ անգամ ևս նշել է, որ որպես ծրագրային առաջնահերթություն՝ բակերի բարեկարգման ծրագիրը շարունակվելու է այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր բակերը լինեն բարեկարգված. «Մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման 2014 թվականի ծրագրերով Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում այս տարի մենք կառուցել ու բարեկարգել ենք շուրջ 47 բակային տարածք: Բակերի ընտրությունը կատարվում է ելնելով այն հանգամանքից, թե որքանով են տվյալ տարածքները ազատ և որքանով է հնարավոր բարեկարգման աշխատանքների իրականացումը: Տարիների ընթացքում շատ բակեր մեր բնակիչների կողմից պարզապես զավթվել էին, որոշ դեպքերում էլ ամբողջությամբ ավտոտնակներով էին զբաղեցված: Բակերն իրենց նպատակային նշանակությանը ծառայեցնելու նպատակով մենք պարբերաբար բանակցում ենք բնակիչների հետ և հենց նրանց իսկ ուժերով տարածքներն ազատում, ինչից հետո միայն կարողանում ենք տվյալ հատվածներում բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել: Նաև առանձնակի կարևորելով մայրաքաղաքում առողջ ապրելակերպի խթանումը՝ վերջին տարիներին մենք, ինչպես տեսնում եք, բակերի բարեկարգման ծրագրերի շրջանակում իրականացնում ենք նաև որոշակի տարածքների մարզագույքով կահավորման աշխատանքներ: Բացի այդ, նաև մինի-ֆուտբոլի խաղադաշտեր ենք կառուցում մայրաքաղաքում ու համոզված եմ, որ մեր այս քաղաքականությունն իր պտուղներն անպայման տալու է»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
Տարոն Մարգարյանը զրուցել է բնակիչների հետ, լսել առաջադրվող խնդիրներն ու մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցրել, որ մայրաքաղաքում կյանքի կոչվող բոլոր ծրագրերի հիմքում հաշվի են առնվելու բնակիչների առաջարկներն ու մոտեցումները:
