Արեւմուտքը բավական սահմանափակ տեղեկություններ ունի այն մասին, թե որքան հաջողակ Է Չինաստանի քաղաքական համակարգը եւ որքան կայուն է այդ երկրի տնտեսական աճը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, գրել է Financial Times-ը: Դրա պատճառը, ըստ հրատարակության տվյալների՝ այն Է, որ Արեւմուտքի համար քաղաքական այն համակարգը, որը չի շարժվում ժողովրդավարության կողմը, չի կարող հաջողակ լինել: «Չինաստանի կառավարման համակարգը հաջողակ Է եղել ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակի ընթացքում: Դրա շնորհիվ երկիրն անցել Է արդի պատմության ամենամասշտաբային տնտեսական վերափոխումների միջով»,-նշում Է հրատարակությունը:

Financial Times-ը գրում Է, թե, չնայած այն բանին, որ Արեւմուտքը հակառակ համոզմունքն ունի, Չինաստանի տնտեսական աճը շարունակվում Է, հավասարապես բարելավվում Է նաեւ կյանքի որակը եւ, ինչպես երեւում Է, ավելի ու ավելի մեծ թվով մարդիկ կաջակցեն գոյություն ունեցող ռեժիմին:

«Դա լիիրավ պետություն Է, որն օժտված Է ռազմավարական մտածողությամբ, բայց միեւնույն ժամանակ կարողանում Է դրսեւորել պրագմատիզմ եւ փորձարարություն»,-ՉԺՀ-ի մասին գրում Է Financial Times-ը, նշելով, որ երկրի կառավարությունը 1978 թվականից գտնվում Է ընդգրկուն եւ մշտական բարեփոխումների գործընթացում, որոնք Արեւմուտքը հրաժարվում Է ճանաչել:

Հրատարակությունն ընդգծում Է, որ մինչ այժմ արեւմտյան երկրները ժողովրդավարության մեջ տեսնում Էին «կառավարման խնդրի իդեալական լուծումը», սակայն ակներեւ Է, որ ամերիկյան դեմոկրատիան ավելի ու ավելի Է ծառայում միայն արտոնյալ շրջանների շահերին՝ բնակչությձան մոտավորապես 1 տոկոսին, նշում Է Financial Times-ը:

Առանձին փորձագետների գնահատումների համաձայն՝ մինչեւ 2030 թվականը Չինաստանին բաժին կընկնի աշխարհում թողարկվող արտադրանքի մեկ երրորդը, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ը այդ ժամանակ կլինի միայն այն «տերության դժգույն ստվերը, որն այժմ նրանք ունեն», նշում Է թերթը: Դա, բնականաբար, կազդի այն բանի վրա, թե ամերիկյան ժողովուրդը ինչպես կընդունի իր քաղաքական ընտրախավին եւ քաղաքական համակարգը, գրում Է հրատարակությունը:

«Մենք չպետք Է անտեսենք այն բանի հնարավորությունը, որ Արեւմուտքին կառավարման բնագավառի ավելի լուրջ խնդիրներ են սպասում, քան Չինաստանին»,-ընդգծել Է Financial Times-ը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
