2014 թվականի հունիսի 12-ին, երբ տեղի էր ունենալու Շանթ Հարությունյանի և նրա ընկերների գործով հերթական դատական նիստը, մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում, որոնցից մեկը՝ Հայկ Կյուրեղյանը խախտել էր կարգը, սպառնացել ոստիկաններին, չէր կատարել հրահանգները: Այժմ նրա նկատմամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, -այս մասին հայտնում է ORER.am-ը: 31-ամյա Հայկ Կյուրեղյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2014թ-ի հունիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 11:45-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով հասարակական վայր հանդիսացող՝ Երևան քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայի թիվ 23/1 հասցեում գտնվող Երևանի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընղհանուր իրավասության դատարանի շենքի առջևի հատվածում բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող քաղաքացիների շարքում, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը հասարակության նկատմամբ դրսևորել է բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք՝ իր անկախությունը՝ հասարակության մեջ ընդունված վարքագծի կանոններից շեղելու, ինչպես նաև իր անձը հասարակությանը հակադրելու՝ իր գերակայությունն ի ցույց դնելու մղումով բարձրացել է դատարանի շենքի առջևի ավտոկայանատեղիում կայանված՝ Քրիստինա Սարդարյանին պատկանող «Միցուբիշի Պաջերո իո» մակնիշի, «21 ՕԼ 053» հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի տանիքին, ապա անտեսելով տարածքում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկաններին, քայլել է մեքենայի տանիքի վրայով և դիտավորությամբ վնասել այն՝ Ք. Սարդարյանին պատճառելով 284.000 (երկու հարյուր ութսունչորս հազար) ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս, աղմկել է ու բռնություն գործադրել՝ որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկայով՝ իր մոտ պահվող «Մակարով» տեսակի օդամղիչ ատրճանակով կրակոցներ է արձակել տարածքում ծառայություն իրականացնող՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներ հանդիսացող՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողներ Արմինե Գրիգորյանի, Սամսոն Ղարիբյանի, Միքայել Այվազյանի, և Արտաշես Նիկողոսյանի ուղղությամբ և դիտավորությամբ նրանց առողջությանը պատճառել թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող վնասվածքներ, այնուհետև, տեսնելով իրեն մոտեցող ոստիկաններին սպառնացել է իրեն մոտենալու դեպքում ձեռքում եղած պլաստմասե առարկայով պայթեցնել մարդկանց հոծ բազմության կողքին կայանված ավտոմեքենան, ապա շարունակելով անհնազանդ վարքագիծը և չենթարկվելով իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ՊՊԾ գնդի 1-ին դասակի 2-րդ վաշտի հրամանատար Արայիկ Վիկտորի Աբելյանի՝ ավտոմեքենայի տանիքից իջնելու օրինական պահանջին, և տեսնելով նրա ձգտումը՝ ֆիզիկական ուժի գործադրմամբ խափանելու իր գործողությունները, կապված վերջինիս կողմից իր ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման հետ, նրա կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով՝ հիշյալ ատրճանակով կրակել է Ա. Աբելյանի ուղղությամբ և դիտավորությամբ վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառել է թեթև վնաս՝ առողջության կարճատև քայքայումով՝ ճակատի աջ կեսի սալջարդ վերքի ձևով, իր այդ դիտավորյալ գործողություններով շուրջ 5 րոպե տևողությամբ անհարմարություն պատճառելով տարածքում գտնվող հասարակության անդամներին։Իրեղեն ապացույց հանդիսացող «Մակարով» տեսակի գազաբալոնային օդափոխիչ ատրճանակը, թվով 60 հատ մետաղյա գնդակները և պլաստմասե նյութից պատրաստված առարկան 1 փաթեթով` կնքված վիճակում գործին կից կհանձնվեն դատավորին: Խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
