ՌԴ Տոմսկ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Եգոր Կովալչուկը երկար տարիներ զբաղվում է հեծանվային զբոսաշրջությամբ: Այդ ընթացքում լինելով տարբեր երկրներում և շփվելով նաև երեխաների հետ՝ ռուս հեծանվորդը որոշել է հերթական շրջագայության ընթացքում իրագործել «Ծիածան ընկերոջ համար. խաղաղության և բարության բացիկներ» մանկական նախագիծը: Գաղափարն այն է, որ տարբեր երկրների ու քաղաքների փոքրիկ նկարիչները հեծանվորդի միջոցով միմյանց փոխանցեն բարություն սերմանող իրենց աշխատանքները: Եգոր Կովալչուկի այս ճամփորդությունը մեկնարկել է հունիսի 15-ին Տոմսկ քաղաքից, որից հետո նա եղել է միջինասիական երկրներում, Ղազախստանում, Ղրղըզստանում, Տաջիկստանում, այնուհետ ՌԴ տարբեր քաղաքներով ուղևորվել Կովկաս, Դաղստան, Ադրբեջան, Վրաստան, Հայաստան, Արցախ և վերադարձել Երևան: Շրջագայության ընթացքում նա համացանցում ծանոթացել է մի հայ երիտասարդի հետ, ով էլ իր հերթին այս նախաձեռնության մասին տեղեկություն է զետեղել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում: Երևանի քաղաքապետի հանձնարարությամբ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկի համար ապահովվել են մայրաքաղաքում գտնվելու ժամանակահատվածում կեցության համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Եգոր Կովալչուկը հյուրընկալվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում: Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից ողջունելով ռուս հեծանվորդին՝ քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պատրաստ է հնարավորին աջակցել ինչպես անձամբ հեծանվորդին, այնպես էլ նախագծին: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի մշակույթի և տուրիզմի վարչության տուրիզմի բաժնի պետ Մարիա Բարաղամյանն էլ, հավելելով, որ վերջին շրջանում մեր մայրաքաղաքը զբոսաշրջային տարբեր նախաձեռնությունների շրջանակում դիտել ցանկացողների թիվն ավելացել է, դարձյալ աջակցության պատրաստակամություն հայտնել ռուսաստանցի հեծանվորդին: Եգոր Կովալչուկն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության և Երևանում ստեղծված պայմանների համար, ինչպես նաև խնդրել իր շնորհակալական խոսքը փոխանցել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Հակոբ Կոջոյան» կրթահամալիրի սաները տեղում նկարած իրենց աշխատանքներն են հանձնել Եգոր Կովալչուկին`զբոսաշրջային երթուղու մյուս երկրներում դրանք իրենց հասակակից երեխաներին բաժանելու համար: Որպես պատասխան քայլ՝ ռուս հեծանվորդը երևանցի դպրոցականներին է հանձնել իր հետ մեր մայրաքաղաք բերված տարբեր ազգերի երեխաների ստեղծագործությունները: Եգոր Կովալչուկին հանձնվել են նաև խորհրդանիշ-հուշանվերներ:
