Վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում հայ դիրքապահների դեմ իրագործած բազմաթիվ դիվերսիոն գործողությոններում անհաջողության մատնվելուց եւ մեծ թվով զինծառայողներ կորցնելուց հետո Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովը վերջապես գտել է ստեղծված ամոթալի վիճակից դուրս գալու ելքը. նա բոլոր սպաներին հրահանգել է հագուստի վրա կրել Հյեդար Ալիեւի դիմապատկերով կրծքանշան:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ» թերթը հայտնում է, որ որոշ ռազմական փորձագետներ հաստատել են այդ լուրը: Նրանք գտնում են, որ զինվորական հագուստի վրա ադրբեջանցիների «համազգային առաջնորդ» Հեյդար Ալիեւի դիմապատկերը որպես խորհրդանիշ կրելն ու բոլոր զինծառայողներին դա պարտադրելն անօրինական է, քանի որ զինծառայողները պետք է իրենց վրա կրեն միայն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված խորհրդանիշեր:
«Բանակում իշխանության նման «բարեփոխման» նպատակն ուղղված է ոչ միայն քաղաքական հրապարակում, այլեւ բոլոր բնագավառներում հարկադրաբար անձի պաշտամունք մտցնելը: Նման միտումով «հայրենիքի թշնամի» կհամարվեն բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր չեն սիրում Հեյդար Ալիեւին, եւ նրա լուսանկարն իրենց վրա չեն կրում: Բանակը պետության հիմնաքարն է, անվտանգությունը, երաշխավորը: Իսկ իշխանությունը ցանկանում է այդ հիմնաքարը ցնցել իր անձնական ամբիցիաների համար:
Ինչպես երեւում է' իշխանությանն արդեն չեն բավարարում Հեյդար Ալիեւի զբոսայգիները, թանգարանները, համալիրները, պողոտաները: Այժմ էլ Հեյդար Ալիեւի զինվոր են ստեղծում: Երեւի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում մտածում են, որ զինծառայողների հագուստի վրա այդ «բարեփոխումը» օգնելու է մեր բանակին, եւ այդ պատճառով է, որ իշխանությունը բանակից «էմբլեմ» է պահանջում», -նշում է թերթը:
Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմաններում վերջին իրադարձություններն ակնհայտորեն ցույց տվեցին, որ ադրբեջանական բանակին չի փրկի նաեւ «ամենակարող» առաջնորդ Հեյդար Ալիեւը, որովհետեւ արհեստածին այդ երկրի զինծառայողները լավ են գիտակցում, որ սեփական հողի համար կանգնած արցախցիներն անպարտելի են:
