Ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի երկու անդամների՝ Շահբազ Գուլիևի եւ Դիլհամ Ասկերովի, Ստեփանակերտում սկսված դատական նիստի վերսկսումից հետո, որն ընթանում է ԼՂՀ առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ դատավոր Անատոլի Թադևոսյանի նախագահությամբ, ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի անդամ Շահբազ Գուլիեևը որոշ մանրամասներ է պատմել ԼՂՀ Շահումյանի շրջանի անչափահաս բնակիչ Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանության մասին:
