Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Լուրեր.com-ը, «Տոնուս» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանի 2-րդ թաղամասում 44/4 և Փափազյան 118/1-ում կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանատերերը բողոքի ակցիա են անցկացնում «Արցախբանկի»՝ Սայաթ-Նովայի փողոցում գտնվող «Նաիրիի» մասնաճյուղի դիմաց:

Քաղաքացիները պահանջում են իրենց տրամադրել օրինական ճանապարհով «Տոնուս» ՍՊԸ-ից ձեռք բերած բնակարանները: Այս պահին նրանք պահանջում են հանդիպում «Արցախբանկ»-ի սեփականատիրոջ հետ:

Ինչպես նախորդ ակցիաների ընթացքում, այս անգամ ևս, բանկը փակեց դռները՝ բնակիչներին թույլ չտալով մտնել բանկ: Մի քանի ժամ սպասելուց հետո, բնակարանատերերը փորձեցին մտնել բանկ, սակայն բանկի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները թույլ չտվեցին. քաշքշուկի հետևանքով բանկի դուռը կոտրվեց։

Բնակիչներից մեկը Լուրեր.com-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ բնակարանատերերից մի քանիսը, ովքեր մտել էին բանկ՝ սեփականատերերի հետ հանդիպում պահանջելու, հեռախոսազրույց են ունեցել բանկի բաժնետերերից մեկի՝ Հրաչ Կապրիելյանի հետ, ով հրաժարվել է նրանց հարցով զբաղվելուց և նշել է, որ այդ հարցով զբաղվում է բանկի մեկ այլ բաժնետեր՝ Վարդան Սիրմակեսը:

Նշենք, որ շինարարական ընկերությունը պատկանում էր ԲՀԿ-ական Աշոտ Տոնոյանին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2006 թվականից ընտանիքները «Տոնուս Քոնսթրաքշնս» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ կնքել են անշարժ գույքի առքուվաճառքի նախնական պայմանագիր, կատարել պարբերական վճարումներ վերը նշված բազմաբնակարան շենքում բնակարան ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: Բնակիչներին, սակայն, հայտարարել են, որ իրենք բնակարանների նկատմամբ իրավունքներ չունեն, քանի որ շենքը գրավ է դրված «Արցախբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ում։
