Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում այսօր Սոչիում հանդիպում է ունեցել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ:
Հանդիպմանը երկու երկրների ղեկավարները քննարկել են հայ-ռուսական երկկողմ և բազմակողմ համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահները մասնավորապես անդրադարձել են երկու երկրների միջև քաղաքական, տնտեսական, հումանիտար փոխգործակցությանը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի մի շարք արդիական հարցերի, մասնավորապես՝ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման խնդրին:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ողջունել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին և շնորհակալություն հայտնել հրավերն ընդունելու և Սոչի այցելելու համար:
«Կարիք չկա բնութագրել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները. դրանք կրում են բացառապես բարեկամական, ռազմավարական բնույթ, ինչի մասին են խոսում նաև Մաքսային միությանը և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը միանալու Հայաստանի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարության վերջին որոշումները: Աշխատանքը կատարվում է, և ես կցանկանայի Ձեզ տեղեկացնել այն մասին, թե այդ ուղղությամբ ներկա պահին այն ինչ վիճակում է գտնվում:
Բայց, անշուշտ, մենք նաև երկկողմ օրակարգի շատ հարցեր ունենք, ինչի մասին մենք այսօր, անկասկած, կխոսենք, ինչպես նաև հնարավորություններ կան ավելի մանրամասն քննարկել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման հետ կապված հարցերը: Ուստի մեր օրակարգը շատ մեծ և հագեցած է»,-ասել է ՌԴ Նախագահը:
Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ այս հանդիպման նպատակով Սոչի այցելելու հրավերի և ջերմ ընդունելության համար և նշել. «Մեր վերջին հանդիպումից անցել է երեք ամիս և մեր որոշ պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքներն ամփոփելու անհրաժեշտություն կա: Բացի մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգից, ես նույնպես կցանկանայի քննարկել որոշ հարցեր՝ կապված ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների հետ, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ կապված Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին պայմանագրին Հայաստանի միանալու հետ:
Իհարկե, մեզ անհանգստացնում է իրավիճակը Ուկրաինայում: Եթե Դուք անհրաժեշտ կհամարեք, Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրի, տեղեկացրեք մեզ այն միջոցառումների մասին, որոնք ձեռնարկում է Ռուսաստանը, իսկ ես իմ հերթին մանրամասնորեն Ձեզ կտեղեկացնեմ մեր տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի մասին և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրավիճակի կանխամտածված շիկացման պատճառների մասին»:
