Գերմանական "Deutsche Welle”-ի վերլուծաբանները օրերս անդրադարձել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի վերջին սրացումներին ու դրանց հետ կապված քաղաքական հնարավոր զարգացումներին` մասնավորապես շեշտադրելով խաղապահ առաքելության հարցը, ու Ռուսաստանի կողմից խաղապահ առաքելության հավաքակազմի տեղակայման հնարավորությունը հակամարտության գոտում, ինչպես նաև դրանց հանդեպ հայկական կողմի անդրադարձներին: Հրապարակման մեջ ի մասնավորի նշվել է, որ հայկական կողմը կողմնակից չէ հակամարտության գոտի երրորդ ուժի տեղակայմանը, քանի որ և Հայաստանի, և ԼՂՀ զինված ուժերն ունեն բավարար կարողություններ իրավիճակը վերահսկելիության սահմաններում պահելու համար և արդեն քսան տարի պահպանվում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը առանց երրորդ ուժի առկայության: Միաժամանակ նաև լրատվամիջոցի վերլուծաբանները փորձել են պատասխանել երկու հարցերի` արդյոք իրավիճակի նման սրացումը կարող են օգտագործվել Ռուսաստանի կողմից տարածաշրջանում սեփական ազդեցությունը ուժեղացնելու ու ամրապնդելու համար, ներառյալ նաև սեփական խաղաղապահներին հակամարտության գոտում տեղակայելու միջոցով”, և արդյոք Ռուսաստանը չեզոք կողմ է հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում որպես հակամարտության կարգավորման հանձնառություն ու պատասխանատվություն ունեցող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկիր: Ըստ այսմ, գերմանացի վերլուծաբանները հիմք ընդունելով անցնող օրերի հայտարարությունները, որոնք հնչեցին հայկական կողմից, որ այժմ Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության գոտում վերջին ընդհարումները հայ ու ադրբեջանցի ռազմական ուժերի միջև Երևանում առիթ տվեցին բանավեճերի հակամարտության խաղաղ կրագավորման գործում Ռուսաստանի ունեցած դերակատարության շուրջ առհասարակ, հատկապես, որ Ռուսաստանը բավական մեծաքանակ ռազմական մատակարարումներ է իրականացնում Ադրբեջանին ու հետևաբար նաև` որպես չեզոք կողմ չի կարող հանդես գալ, անշուշտ նաև Ուկրաինայում, Վրաստանում ու Մոլդովայում արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությունը հաշվի առնելիս, որով Հարավային Կովկասում ունեցած ազդեցությունը Ռուսաստանի համար ձեռք է բերում բացառիկ կարևորություն:
