rk-news.ru–ն «Եվրոպական միության պահանջները Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի նկատմամբ նման են առողջ օրգանների անդամահատմանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Եվրամիությունը Հայաստանի առջև պայման է դրել իր գործընկերությունը խորացնելու համար, այն է՝ երկրի միակ ատոմակայանի փակումը։

Այն, թե ինչու է Հայաստանի ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտը մեծ մտահոգություն առաջացնում եվրոպացի քաղաքական գործիչների համար, բացատրել է «Geoenergy INFO» նախագծի հեղինակ Բորիս Մարցինկևիչը։ Այդ համառ պահանջի պատճառը հասկանալու համար նա առաջարկել է դիտարկել Հայաստանի միասնական էներգետիկ համակարգը.

–Ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններ՝ 1780 ՄՎտ։ Դա բավականին նշանակալի է։ Արտադրանքը՝ 3,4 միլիարդ կիլովատտ-ժամ, որը կազմում է երկրի ընդհանուր էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության 33,6 %-ը։ Հայաստանում ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններն օգնում են հաղթահարել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման ձմեռային պիկային կետերը:

–Արևային էլեկտրակայաններ՝ 1100-ից մինչև 1150 ՄՎտ։ Արտադրանքը՝ 1,64 միլիարդ կիլովատտ-ժամ, որը կազմում է 16 %-ը։ –Հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններն ու փոքր հիդրոէլեկտրակայանները, որոնցից կառուցվել է ավելի քան 160-ը, ունեն 1350 ՄՎտ հզորություն։ Դրանց արտադրանքը կազմում է 2,4 միլիարդ կիլովատտ-ժամ, կամ 21 %–ը:

–Ատոմակայանի ջերմային հզորությունը կազմում է 1375 ՄՎտ, իսկ էլեկտրական հզորությունը՝ 400 ՄՎտ: Դրա արտադրանքը կազմում է 2,94 միլիարդ կիլովատտ-ժամ, կամ 29 %–ը:

–Քամու էլեկտրակայանների հզորությունը, որը կազմում է 3 ՄՎտ, աննշան է:

Հայաստանի բնակիչների համար հատուկ հետաքրքրության ցուցիչ է հզորությունների օգտագործման մակարդակը: Այն ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտադրում էլեկտրակայանը 100 ժամում: Այդ ցուցանիշով ատոմակայաններն արտադրում են 74 %: Ընդ որում, այդ ցուցանիշը կարող էր ավելի բարձր լինել 2025 թվականին, եթե պլանային սպասարկում չկատարվեր: Ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններն արտադրում են ընդհանուրի 21 %-ը: Հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններն արտադրում են 18 %–ը: Սա նշանակում է, որ դրանք աշխատում են 100 ժամից 18-ը, իսկ մնացած ժամանակ պարապուրդի մեջ են:

Այս թվերին ծանոթանալուց հետո պարզ է դառնում, թե, ընդհանրապես, ինչու են եվրոպացի քաղաքական գործիչները պահանջում ատոմակայանների փակում և արևային ու քամու էներգիայի ավելացում. միջուկային և ջերմային էներգիան ջերմության և էլեկտրաէներգիայի ամենաարդյունավետ աղբյուրներն են, որոնք երաշխավորում են տվ յալ երկրի էներգետիկ ինքնիշխանությունը։

Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենի նպատակն է ոչնչացնել միջուկային էներգիան և Հայաստանը վերածել անարդյունավետ էներգիայի երկրի, ինչը այն կդարձնի հաշմանդամ, որը չի կարողանա ինքն իրեն պահպանել և կստրկացվի իր եվրոպացի և թուրք տերերի կողմից։ Այսպիսով, որքանո՞վ են իրատեսական այդ նախկին գինեկոլոգի գաղափարները՝ Հայաստանում կառուցել էներգիայի կուտակման համակարգեր, հավաքել էներգիա երկրի հարավում գտնվող ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններից և այն որպես կանաչ էլեկտրաէներգիա ուղարկել Վրաստանի միջոցով և Սև ծովով դեպի Եվրամիության երկրներ։ Այս նախագիծն ավելի շատ փողերի լվացման սխեմայի է նման։ Եվ դա՝ չնայած նրան, որ ԵՄ-ն արդեն ավելի քան 25 միլիոն եվրո է հատկացրել Հարավային Կովկասում էլեկտրացանցերի և էներգիայի կուտակման համակարգերի արդիականացման համար։

Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է էլեկտրաէներգիա փոխանցել նման հեռավորությունների վրա Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ամբողջ տարածքով, որոնց էլեկտրացանցերը համաժամեցված չեն։ Նման հզորության փոխանցումը փոփոխական հոսանքով անհնար է։ Հետևաբար, անհրաժեշտ է բարձր լարման հաստատուն հոսանքի համակարգ՝ ցամաքային էլեկտրամատակարարման մալուխ, հաստատուն հոսանքի միացում Վրաստանի հետ սահմանին, մալուխ Սև ծովի մոտ, ապա ևս մեկ հաստատուն հոսանքի միացում այն կետերում, որտեղ այն միանում է որևէ եվրոպական երկրի էլեկտրացանցին։ Բայց այդ ամենը շատ թանկ է, ընդ որում՝ նմանատիպ եվրոպական սարքավորումները ևս ավելի թանկ են, քան չինական սարքավորումները։ Բացի դա, ինչպե՞ս է Հայաստանը բավարար էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու արտահանման համար, եթե ներկայիս նպատակը գոնե իր համար անհրաժեշտ ջերմություն և էլեկտրաէներգիա ապահովելն է։

Այսպիսով պարզ է, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից կտրելու, ևս մեկ թանկարժեք, կոռումպացված նախագիծ ստեղծելու համար Եվրոպան չի խնայի որևէ գումար։ Հատկապես, որ նման քմահաճույքի համար վճարելու են եվրոպացի և հայ շարքային քաղաքացիները։
