ՄՀՀ-ն հանձվեց Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը

Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում որոշվեց Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրը (ՄՀՀ) պարտքի դիմաց հանձնել Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը` հաշվեկշիռ մուտքագրելով 10 մլրդ 411 մլն 911 հազար դրամ ձեռք բերման արժեքով:

Կառավարությունը հանձնարարել է Պաշպանության նախարարությանը գույքն օգտագործել նպատակային նշանակությանը համապատասխան:

Գործադիրի նիստում որոշման նախագիծը ներկայացրեց ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավել Սաֆարյանը. - ««Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության Կառավարության նկատմամբ վարկային պարտքի, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ պարտքերի դիմաց Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարողի կողմից առաջարկվել է, որպեսզի այդ պարտքի դիմաց Ֆինանսների նախարարության կողմից գույքը ընդունվի, գրանցվի սեփականության իրավունքը և փոխանցվի Պաշտպանության նախարարության հաշվեկշռին»:

«Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության կողմից 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ից հայտարարած անշարժ գույքի հերթական էլեկտրոնային աճուրդը գնորդ չլինելու հիմքով չկայանալու դեպքում ընդունել հարկադիր կատարողի առաջարկը պարտքի դիմաց ավելի քան 10 մլրդ  283 մլն 383 հազար դրամ գնով անշարժ գույքի ընդունման մասին», - ասված է Կառավարության որոշման մեջ:

Հիշեցնենք. ՄՀՀ-ն վեցերորդ անգամ աճուրդի է հանվել օգոստոսի 14-ից, աճուրդի ավարտ է սահմանվել օգոստոսի 25-ը: Մայիսին ՄՀՀ-ի շենքը հարակից տարածքներով առաջին անգամ հանվեց աճուրդի 19 մլրդ 350 մլն դրամ նախնական գնով: Յուրաքանչյուր հերթական աճուրդի ժամանակ համալիրի գինը նվազեցվում էր 10 տոկոսով: «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» ՓԲԸ-ի պարտքը պետությանը կազմում է մոտ 10.2 մլրդ դրամ, այդ պատճառով էլ համալիրը հանվել է աճուրդի: Հուլիսի վերջին Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունը կնքել էր համալիրի դռները:

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներն ապօրինի են որակում ԴԱՀԿ-ի գործողությունները: Ընկերության խոսնակ Կորյուն Գրիգորյանը նաև «կես արժեքով օր առաջ շենքն իրենցից խլելու» հստակ միտում է տեսնում:
