Քարվաճառում ձերբակալված ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտները՝ Դիլհամ Ասկերովը և Շահբազ Գուլիևը, դատվելու են ԼՂՀ օրենսդրության համաձայն. այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԼՂՀ ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանը, ով շեշտեց, թե մենք գործ ունենք հատուկ պատրաստված խմբի հետ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանը դիմել է «Կարմիր խաչի» միջազգային կոմիտեին Հայաստանի հետ «պատանդների փոխանակման» առաջարկով։ Բաքուն առաջարկում է Հայաստանին Ադրբեջանում գտնվող 5 հոգուց կազմված հայկական ընտանիքը և Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դին փոխանակել Քարվաճառում ձերբակալված ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտներ Դիլհամ Ասկերովի, Շահբազ Գուլիևի, ինչպես նաև ձերբակալման ժամանակ սպանված հանցավոր խմբի երրորդ անդամի` Հասան Հասանովի դիակի հետ:
Մովսես Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դին ստանալու հարցով զբաղվում են հատուկ մարդիկ, իսկ դիվերսանտների մասով ԼՂՀ օրենքն ինչ պահանջում է, նա էլ իրականացնելու են: «Կարենի դեպքը որևէ կապ չունի զինվորական գործունեության հետ: Երիտասարդ է, որը խնդիրներ ունի և պատահական հայտնվել է այնտեղ, նրան սարքել են զինվորական և շատ անհաջող ձևով»,- ասաց նա՝ շեշտելով, որ ինքը երբեք չի թերագնահատել հակառակորդին, մասնավորապես՝ Ադրբեջանի հրամանատարության պատրաստվածությունը։
«Մենք պատիվ ենք ունեցել արժանի հակառակորդի հետ կռվել, բայց ադրբեջանական բանակի երրորդ կորպուսի հրամանատարն այդ շարքին չի դասվում: Այդ մարդը չի փոխվել, իսկ վերջին դեպքն ինձ հիասթափեցրել է, ամենից վատ դասակի հրամանատարը գերու հետ այդպիսի վարքագիծ չի դրսևորի: Եթե մարդ չկա նրա մեջ, ապա զինվորական երբեք չի կարող լինել»,-ասաց նա։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավար կազմին, ապա, ըստ նրա, այդ հարցում հայկական կողմը մտահոգվելու առիթ ունի. «Նախարարը պատերազմի ժամանակ եղել է Ղազախստանում, նա չի պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է պատերազմը, և ես միշտ մտավախություն ունեմ, որ այդպիսի մարդկանց ղեկավար կազմում ընդգրկվելը մեզ համար վտանգավոր է: Վտանգավոր է այնքանով, որ իրենք կարող են չհասկանալով անսպասելի գործողություններ իրականացնել»։
Անդրադառնալով պատերազմող կողմերի քարոզչությանը, նախարարն ընդգծեց, թե հայկական կողմը ներկայացրել է այն, ինչ կատարվել է: «Աննախադեպ է եղել լրատվամիջոցների արձագանքը վերջին դեպքերին, բայց չափից շատ լուսաբանումը ևս վտանգավոր է: Ավելի մեծ վտանգ կա, որ սկսում են բանակին գովաբանել, այստեղ որևէ առանձնահատուկ բան չկա, սա մեր պարտականությունն է: Ես միանգամից հանդես չեկա հայտարարությամբ, եթե նկատել եք, այլ իրավիճակը գնահատելուց հետո միայն»,- նշեց նա:
