Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամի (UNICEF) ներկայացուցիչ Մանյա Հենրիետ Արենսին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամի դերը Հայաստանում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության, նրանց առողջության ու կյանքի պայմանների բարելավման խնդիրների լուծման գործում: «Երեխաների խնդիրները գտնվում են կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Այդ առումով շնորհակալ ենք հիմնադրամի կողմից մեր երկրում իրականացվող բազմաթիվ ծրագրերի համար: Կառավարությունը պատրաստակամ է երեխաների բազմաբնույթ խնդիրներին ժամանակի ընթացքում տալ լուծում, ուստի հետագայում ևս պատրաստ ենք աջակցել հիմնադրամին՝ յուրաքանչյուր նախաձեռնության իրականացման համար»,- նշել է վարչապետը:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, կարևորելով երեխաներին կենսաբանական ընտանիք վերադարձնելու ու խնամատար ընտանիք տեղափոխելու ռազմավարությունը, ընդգծել է, որ մանկատների բեռնաթափումը կառավարության գերակա խնդիրների թվում է:

Հենրիետ Արենսը ողջունել է կառավարության ջանքերն այս ուղղությամբ և նկատել, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության նոր ծրագրում երեխաների գործոնը մեծապես կարևորվել է: UNICEF-ի ներկայացուցիչը տեղեկացրել է, որ ընթացիկ տարվա հոկտեմբերին Երևանում տեղի է ունենալու Կենտրոնական և Արևելյան Եվրոպայում ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի համակարգողների տարեկան հավաքը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվելու է նաև Հայաստանի հետ համատեղ իրականացվելիք առաջիկա հինգ տարիների ծրագիրը: Միաժամանակ, Հենրիետ Արենսը նշել է, որ ծրագրի հիմնական առանցքը ևս լինելու է մանկատներից երեխաներին ընտանիքներ վերադարձնելը և նրանց սոցիալական ծրագրերով օժանդակելը:

Վարչապետը վստահեցրել է, որ հիմնադրամի հետ բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումը գտնվելու է իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
