Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրի շուրջ նոր աղմկալի բացահայտումներ են ի հայտ գալիս: «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այս օրերին համալիրի տնօրեն Բորիս Մուրադյանը փորձում է լեզու գտնել կառավարության հետ՝ գոնե համալիրի տնօրենի պաշտոնը պահպանելու համար:

Թերթը հիշեցնում է, որ պատմամշակութային հուշարձանի շուրջ հյուսված խառնիփնթոր պատմության ակունքները գալիս են 2005 թվականից: Այդ տարի ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշեց համալիրի շենքը 5,7 միլիոն դոլարով վաճառել ԲԱՄՕ (Բորիս, Հակոբ, Մուրադ, Հովհաննես Մուրադյան եղբայրներին պատկանող) ընկերությանը: ԲԱՄՕ-ն ռուսական ընկերություն է, որը հիմնադրել են մարտունեցի Մուրադյան եղբայրները: Ընկերությունն այդ ժամանակ նորոգեց Մարզահամերգային համալիրը, եւ այն վերաբացեց 2008 թվականին՝ հայտարարելով, որ ծախսել է մոտ 42 միլիոն դոլար:

Ավելի ուշ Մուրադյան եղբայրները ՀՀ կառավարությունից իրենց մեկ այլ ընկերության անունով 20 միլիոն դոլարի վարկ էին վերցրել, որի դիմաց գրավադրել էին Մարզահամերգային համալիրի բաժնետոմսերի 75 տոկոսը: ՀՀ կառավարությունն էլ որոշել էր ընդառաջել ներդրումներ կատարած Մուրադյաններին եւ տրամադրել էր խոշոր վարկը՝ 2009-ից «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» ՓԲԸ-ի բաժնետոմսերի 75 տոկոսը տալով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը:

Սակայն երկու տարի անց՝ 2011-ից սկսած, ԲԱՄՕ-ն սկսեց թերանալ վարկային վճարումների հարցում: Գործադիրին մոտ կանգնած «Ժողովուրդ»-ի աղբյուրները հայտնեցին, որ այս ընթացքում Մուրադյան եղբայրները մի քանի անգամ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանին խնդրել են ժամանակ տալ՝ պարտքը մարելու: ՀՀ իշխանության բարձրագույն օղակներում որոշել են ընդառաջել ԲԱՄՕ-ին եւ անընդհատ երկարաձգել են կոշտ քայլերի գնալու մասին որոշման ընդունումը: Եվ այսպես՝ մոտ 3 տարի: Այնուհետեւ Սերժ Սարգսյանն անձամբ է հրահանգել մարզահամերգային համալիրը «վերցնել» ԲԱՄՕ-ի ձեռքից՝ պարտքի դիմաց: Դրա համար էլ ՀՀ ԱՆ Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունն այս տարի հետեւողականորեն աճուրդի դրեց համալիրի շենքը եւ գնորդ չլինելու պատճառով ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ շինությունն անցավ ՊՆ-ի տիրապետության տակ:
