Նախարար Մուրադյանը հանձնարարել է հստակեցնել մարզային առողջապահական համակարգի զարգացման հեռանկարները

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը գործակարգավարական հերթական խորհրդակցությունն է անցկացրել մարզպետարանների առողջապահության ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ:

 Նախ ներկայացվել է նախորդ խորհդակցության ժամանակ տրված' մարզերի առողջապահական համակարգի զարգացմանը միտված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեցին առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից: Խոսքը վերաբերում էր թե՛ մարզային բժշկական հաստատությունների (առողջության պահպանման առաջնային օղակի և հիվանդանոցների) քարտեզագրմանն ու այդ ճանապարհով առկա խնդիրների գույքագրմանը, թե՛ մարզերի բուժհաստատությունների պահանջվող մասնագետներով ապահովմանը ։

 Նպատակահարմար է համարվել մարզերից ստացված տեղեկատվության լրամշակման և նույնականացման համար ևս մեկ շաբաթ տրամադրել։

 Հանձնարարվել է' վերլուծելով մարզային բուժհիմնարկների թիվը, յուրաքանչյուրի շենքային պայմանները, կադրային հագեցվածությունն ու անհրաժեշտ թվով նեղ մասնագետներով ապահովվածությունը' մշակել յուրաքանչյուր մարզի առոջապահության ոլորտի զարգացման հեռանկարները' ելնելով բնակչության թվաքանակից և հիվանդացության ցուցանիշներից։

 «Կճշգրտենք, թե որ մարզում ի՞նչ խնդիրներ ունենք լուծելու' սկսած դեղատնային կրպակներից մինչև խոշոր բուժհիմնարկները, բժշկական ծառայությունների ապահովումն ու որակը։ Ամփոփ այդ անձնագիրը մարզերի ղեկավարների հետ կքննարկվի մարզային այցերի ընթացքում, համատեղ պատասխանատվություն կկրենք ու կհետևենք դրանց իրականացման ընթացքին»,- ասել է Արմեն Մուրադյանը' հանձնարարելով, որ այդ աշխատանքներին մասնակից դառնան նաև ՀՀ ԱՆ Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտը և Ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակը։

 Նշվել է, որ Երևանի բուժհաստատությունների գույքագրումը շատ ավելի ծավալուն լինի և այդ հարցով առանձին քննարկումներ կկազմակերպվեն:

 Այնուհետև քննարկվել է մարզերում իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքը։ Նախարարը պահանջել է մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ կատարել բնակչությանն առողջ պահելու կարևոր այդ գործառույթը' նպատակ հետապնդելով հնարավորինս բարձրացնել ընդգրկվածությունը։

 Քննարկվել են նաև առողջության առաջնային պահպանման օղակի կառավարմանն առնչվող և այլ հարցեր։
