Շիրակի մարզում հակակարկտային կայանների թիվն այս տարի ավելացել է: ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին նոր հակակարկտային կայաններ են տեղադրվել մարզի Ջրափի, Շիրակավան, Աղին և Իսահակյան համայնքներում: Թեև հակակարկտային կայաններն ավելացվել ու ավելացվում են, սակայն, շատերի կարծիքով, չկա երաշխիք, որ կարկտահարության դեպքում տվյալ ցանքատարածությունը վնաս չի կրի: Սա, ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետ Մովսես Մանուկյանը, հիմնականում հակակարկտային կայանների իրարից հետու գտնվելու պատճառով է:
Մարզում տեղադրված յուրաքանչյուր կայան մյուսից գրեթե 1,5 կմ հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում, մինչդեռ դրանք պետք է տաղադրված լինեն առավելագույնը 1 կմ հեռավորության վրա, ինչի հետևանքով կա ազատ տարածք, որ դուրս է մնում 2 հակակարկտային կայանների պաշտպանության գոտուց: «Ոչ մի կայան իր տեխնիկական բնութագրով երաշխիք չի տալիս, որ 100 տոկոսի ցուցանիշ է ապահովելու. դրանց օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը մոտենում է 75 %-ի: Բացի այդ, եթե քամին չափազանց ուժգին է, իսկ կարկուտը` բավական մեծ, այդ դեպքում կայանի արդյունավետությունը բարձր չէ, մինչդեռ, միջին ուժգն ության քամու, կամ ընդհանարպես դրա բացակայության դեպքում արդյունքը լավն է»,- նշեց Մովսես Մանուկյանը:
Դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ Շիրակի մարզ կարկտաբեր ամպեր գալիս են հիմնականում Թուրքիայի տարածքից: «Հիմնականում կարկտաբեր ամպերը հենց այս տարածքից են գալիս: Տարվա մեջ 1 կամ 2 անգամ ենք ունենում, երբ հակառակ հոսանքից են ամպերը գալիս»,- նշեց պատասխանատուն՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ հաջորդ տարի հնարավորություն կլինի կայանների ցանցը ընդլայնելդեպ հարավ ՝ մինչև Բագրավան:
Մարզում այս պահին տեղադրված է 57 հակակարկտային կայան: «Մեծ ձեռքբերում կլինի մարզի համար, եթե սահմաննային առաջին գոտում լինի 60 կայան, այդ դեպքում արդյուն ավետությունը մեծ կլինի»,- ավելացրեց պատասխանատուն:
