Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի նստավայրում սեպտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի է ունեցել ԼՂՀ հռչակման 23-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ պարգևատրման հանդիսավոր արարողություն: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԼՂՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից։
Իր խոսքում նախագահ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ պետականության վերականգնումը դարակազմիկ իրադարձություն է, որի համար հայ ժողովուրդը երկար է պայքարել, կրել է մեծ ու անդառնալի կորուստներ, և չնայած այս ամենին, կարողացել է վերականգնել ամենաթանկ արժեքը՝ անկախ պետականությունը, հայրենի հողում արժանապատվորեն ապրելու իրավունքը, սեփական ճակատագիրը ինքնուրույն տնօրինելու հնարավորությունը:
Երկրի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ անկախության այս 23 տարիները եղել են դիմակայության ու մաքառումների, պետականաշինության ու կայացման տարիներ, որոնց ընթացքում մենք ազգովի պաշտպանել ենք Արցախի ազատությունն ու անկախությունը, Մայր Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի աջակցությամբ աշխատանքներ տարել պատերազմի հետևանքների ու ավերածությունների վերացման ուղղությամբ և կանգնել կայուն զարգացման ուղու վրա:
«Մենք հաստատակամ ենք ու վճռական` շարունակելու մեր ընտրած ուղին, շարունակելու այն բարձր գիտակցումով, որ Արցախը պետք է լինի կայուն, հզոր, զարգացած ու ժողովրդավարական երկիր, որը կարող է արժանիորեն ներկայանալ աշխարհին և լինել համայն հայության պարծանքը: Համատեղ ուժերով պետք է անել հնարավորն այդ նպատակները կյանքի կոչելու համար»,- իր խոսքում նշել է Բակո Սահակյանը:
Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է ընդգծել, որ գնալով նոր թափ է ստանում Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացն՝ այս համատեքստում ամբողջ հայության համար մեծ իրադարձություն համարելով վերջերս Կալիֆորնիայի կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչումը, որը կարևոր քաղաքական, իրավական և բարոյական քայլ է:
Երկրի ղեկավարը շնորհավորել է բոլոր պարգևատրվածներին ու ներկաներին Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակման 23-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ և մաղթել նրանց քաջառողջություն, երջանկություն, խաղաղություն ու բարեկեցություն:
