Ստեփանակերտում, ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում, դատավոր Անատոլի Թադևոսյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր շարունակվել է հուլիսին Շահումյանի շրջանում ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանը ապօրինաբար հատած ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի երկու անդամների՝ Շահբազ Գուլիևի եւ Դիլհամ Ասկերովի գործով դատական նիստը, որոնցից վերջինը մեղադրվում է նաև Շահումյանի շրջանի անչափահաս բնակիչ Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանության մեջ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը' դատական նիստի ընթացքում շարունակվել են հարցաքննվել ամբաստանյալներ Գուլիևը եւ Ասկերովը:

Դատարանի նախագահ Անատոլի Թադևոսյանի՝ սահմանը ապօրինի հատելու վերաբերյալ հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ամբաստանյալ Ասկերովը նշել է, որ այն ժամանակ իբր չի հասկացել այդ ամենը և հիմա է հասկանում իր սխալը։ Ասկերովի խոսքով՝ ԼՂՀ սահմանը պարբերաբար խախտելով՝ ինքը վատ նպատակ չի ունեցել. պարզապես այցելել է Շահումյանի շրջանում գտնվող իր հարազատների գերեզմաներին:

Այն հարցին, թե լավ ծանոթ լինելով տեղանքին, ինչո՞ւ են անչափահաս Սմբատ Ցականյանից հարցրել Քարվաճառ տանող ճանապարհը, Ասկերովը պատասխանել է, որ ինքը տեղանքի ճանապարհները միայն անտառներով ու սարերով գիտի: Ասկերովը շարունակել է ժխտել Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանության մեջ իր մասնակցությունն' այն կապելով հանցախմբի անդամ, զինված դիմադրության ժամանակ մահացու վիրավորված Հասան Հասանովի հետ:

Դատական նիստին ներկա Սմբատ Ցականյանի հայրը՝ Մեխակ Ցականյանը, ընդմիջման ժամանակ «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ գոհ է դատավարության ընթացքից: «Ուրիշ ոչ մի բան չեմ կարող ասել. ուզում եմ, որ ամեն մեկն իր արժանի պատիժը ստանա»,- նշեց որդեկորույս հայրը ՝ մեկ անգամ ևս դատապարտելով ոճրագործների անմարդկային արարքը:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, խմբի մեկ անդամ ևս ՝ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի Հասան Հասանովը դիվերսանտների ձերբակալության ժամանակ զինված դիմադրություն ցույց տալու պատճառով, ոչնչացվել է: Ամբաստանյալ Շահբազ Ջալալ օղլի Գուլիևի շահերի պաշտպան Արկադի Իսրայելյանը նշել է, որ, ի տարբերություն Դիլհամ Ասկերովի, Գուլիևը չի մեղադրվում անչափահաս Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանության մեջ:

Ըստ Իսրայելյանի, բոլոր դատական գործողությունները կատարվում են օրենքի շրջանակներում, իհարկե, պաշտպանի ներկայությամբ։ Դատապաշտպանը տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ ամբաստանյալ Գուլիևը մեղադրվում է 6 հոդվածներով։

Նշենք, որ ամբաստանյալներ Դիլհամ Ասկերովը և Շահբազ Գուլիևն ապահովված են ռուսերենի և հայերենի մասնագետ թարգմանչով, իսկ որպես նրանց դատապաշտպաններ՝ նիստում հանդես են գալիս փաստաբաններ Էրիկ Բեգլարյանը՝ ԼՂՀ հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակից, և Արկադի Իսրայելյանը՝ ԼՂՀ փաստաբանների պալատից:
