Կառավարությունը ծագման երկրի սերտիֆիկատը տնտեսվարողին կտրամադրի մեկ օրում

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը կպարզեցնի ծագման երկրի սերտիֆիկատի և փորձաքննության ակտի ստացման գործընթացը ու կսահմանի սերտիֆիկատի ստացման մեկօրյա ժամկետ բոլոր այն դեպքերում, երբ ապրանքների արտադրման գործընթացում փոփոխություններ չեն իրականացվել: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' այդ մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 29-ի նիստի օրակարգում:

«Սույն որոշման նախագծի ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է ծագման երկրի սերտիֆիկատի և փորձաքննության ակտի ստացման գործընթացի պարզեցմամբ, ինչպես նաև մշտական անվանացանկի ապրանքների ծագման երկրի փորձաքննության ակտի անժամկետ տրամադրմամբ' այն դեպքում, երբ վերջիններիս արտադրական պրոցեսում փոփոխություններ չեն կատարվել, քանի որ այսօր գործընթացը նույնն է և պարտադիր է անկախ այն հանգամանքից' ապրանքի արտադրման պրոցեսում կատարվել են փոփոխություններ, թե ոչ:

Արտադրողը յուրաքանչյուր ապրանքային խմբի համար ստիպված է դիմել փորձաքննության ինչը տևում է 2-3 օր, սակայն շատ հաճախ օտարերկրյա գործընկերները կարող են պահանջել ապրանքի մատակարարում մեկօրյա ժամկետում»,- ասված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ:

Նախագիծը մշակվել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության ինչպես նաև Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման խորհրդի քարտուղարության կողմից:

ՀՀ կառավարությունը բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր է իրականացնում գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը պարզեցնելու և գործարարությունը խթանելու նպատակով, միաժամանակ մի շարք միջազգային կառույցներ իրնեց հերթին նպաստում են գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը քաղաքացիներին առավել հասանելի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ:
