Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը 2015թ. Եվրոպական միությունից ֆինանսական աջակցություն կստանա նպատակային և ուղղակի դրամաշնորհների տեսքով: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովի Եվրաինտեգրման հարցերի և ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավել Սաֆարյանը: «Նպատակային դրամաշնորհն այն է, որ գումարը տրվում է կոնկրետ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար և այլ նպատակով դա օգտագործել հնարավոր չէ: Հայաստանը Եվրոպական միությունից 14 միլիոն 387 հազար եվրո կստանա նպատակային դրամաշնորհների տեսքով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Սաֆարյանը:

Ուղղակի դրամաշնորհների տեսքով Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ից 2015թ. կստանա 20 միլիոն եվրո: Պավել Սաֆարյանը մանրամասնեց, որ ուղղակի դրամաշնորհն աջակցությունն է ՀՀ պետբյուջեին: Հատկացված գումարները տնօրինելու է ՀՀ կառավարությունը: «Ամբողջության մեջ վերցրած՝ մենք Եվրամիությունից ստանալու ենք 34.387 միլիոն եվրո գումար»,- ընդգծեց Սաֆարյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ից 14 միլիոն 387 հազար եվրոյի նպատակային դրամաշնորհը ստանալու է երեք ուղղություններով՝ Եվրոպական Միության հարևանության ներդրումային գործիքի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող պետական սահմանի Բագրատաշեն-Բավրա-Գոգավան անցման կետերի արդիականացման դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի գծով, որի համար տրամադրվելու է 6 միլիոն 120 հազար եվրո գումար, ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող նույն անցման կետերի արդիականացման դրամաշնորհային ծրագրով տրամադրվելու է 2 միլիոն դրամ, 2.8 միլիոն եվրո էլ տրամադրվելու է ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող Հայաստանի փոքր համայնքների ջրային խնդիրների լուծման դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի իրականացման համար: «Եվրամիության կողմից հատկացվող այս նպատակային դրամաշնորհն արտացոլված է 2015թ. պետբյուջեի նախագծում և դրված է հենց այս ծրագրերի տակ, որ ես ներկայացրեցի»,- նշեց Սաֆարյանը:
