Ստեփանակերտում՝ ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում, դատավոր Անատոլի Թադևոսյանի նախագահությամբ շարունակվում է հուլիսին Շահումյանի շրջանով ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատած ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի երկու անդամների՝ Շահբազ Գուլիևի և Դիլհամ Ասկերովի գործով դատական նիստը։ Գրում է artsakhpress.am-ը:

Երեկ կայացած դատական նիստում դատավոր Անատոլի Թադևոսյանի այն հարցին, թե նախաքննությանը տված ցուցմունքների ժամանակ արդյո՞ք նրանց նկատմամբ ճնշում է գործադրվել, Գուլիևը պատասխանել է, որ ոչ մի ճնշում չի եղել, և առայսօր նրանց հետ նորմալ են վերաբերվում: Հերթական ցուցմունքի ժամանակ Գուլիևը կրկին նշել է, որ ինքը ոչ մի վատ նպատակ չի ունեցել ԼՂՀ սահմանը հատելիս, ինչին հակասել է Ասկերովը՝ պնդելով, որ Գուլիևը շատ կեղտոտ ու վատ անձնավորություն է, նա Ադրբեջանի ԱԱԾ աշխատակից է և նախօրոք պլանավորած է եկել Ղարաբաղ:

Դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանի այն հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ է Հասանովն իր ինքնաձիգը փոխել Ասկերովի ինքնաձիգի հետ և ոչ թե Գուլիևի, Ասկերովը պատասխանել է, որ իր ինքնաձիգն ավելի լավ էր կրակում, դրա համար Հասանովն այն վերցրել է:

Այնուհետև դատախազը հարցեր է տվել Քարվաճառի բնակիչ Վրեժ Բալայանի տնից հագուստներ գողանալու վերաբերյալ, ով այդ գործով տուժող կողմ է հանդիսանում:

Ըստ Ասկերովի՝ երբ արդեն մոտեցել էին Քարվաճառ քաղաքին, հեռադիտակով նայել և տեսել են, որ ճանապարհի վրա գտնվող առաջին տանը մարդ չկա և մտել են ու հագուստներ գողացել, որոնցից մեկի գրպանում եղել է անձնագիր, զինվորական գրքույկ և գումար: Հստակ չպատասխանելով դատախազի մյուս հարցերին՝ Ասկերովը միայն նշել է, որ ոմն կին նրանց տեսել և հարցրել է ինչ-որ բան, իսկ քանի որ նրանք հայերեն միայն մի քանի բառ գիտեն, պատասխանել են ու հեռացել: Դատական նիստի վերջում դատախազի այն հարցին, թե որն է եղել նպատակը, որ նրանք իրենց հետ բերել էին նաև Ադրբեջանի դրոշներ, ամբաստանյալներից ոչ մեկը հստակ պատասխան չի տվել:

Նշենք, որ «Արցախպրես»-ը հետևում է դատավարության ընթացքին և հաջորդիվ կներկայացնի քրեական գործի մանրամասները։
