Նավթահանքի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները Ադրբեջանին 360 մլն դոլարի վնաս կպատճառեն

Ադրբեջանի նավթահանքահորերի շահագործման գլխավոր օպերատոր, բրիտանական British Petrolium ընկերությունը հոկտեմբերի 31-ից դադարեցրել է նավթի արդյունահանման աշխատանքները Ազերի-Չիրաղ-Գյունեշլի հանքահորերի բլոկին պատկանող «Մերքեզի Ազերի» հանքահորում, որը համարվում է Կասպից ծովում նավթի գլխավոր հանքահորերից մեկը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով virtualaz.org լրատվական կայքը, BP-Azerbaijan ընկերության ղեկավար Գորդոն Բիրելը լրագրողներին ասել է, որ նավթի արդյունահանման աշխատանքների դադարեցումը կապված է հանքահորում նախատեսված պլանային վերանորոգման եւ սարքավորումների արդիանականցման հետ: Նրա խոսքով' այդ աշխատանքները կտեւեն մեկ ամիս, եւ հանքահորում նավթի արդյունահանման աշխատանքները կվերսկսվեն դեկտեմբերի 2-ին: «Այդ հանքահորում օրական միջին հաշվով 160 հ ազար բարել նավթ է արդյունահանվում: Անցկացվող պրոֆիլկատիկ աշխատանքներից հետո ենթադրվում է, որ նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալներն այդտեղ կաճեն», -ասել է նա:

 Ադրբեջանական կայքը նշում է, որ հանքահորում նավթի արդյունահանման աշխատանքների դադարեցումն ավելի է նվազեցնելու Ադրբեջանում նավթի արդյունահանման առանց այն էլ օրեցօր պակասող ծավալները: Ըստ կայքի' հանքահորում աշխատանքների դադարեցումը նշանակում է, որ ընկերությունը մոտ 5 մլն բարել նավթ պակաս է արդյունահանելու, որի 80 տոկոսը, այսինքն' 4 մլն բարելը կազմում է Ադրբեջանի բաժինը, ինչն էլ Ադրբեջանի համար 360 մլն դոլարի կորուստ է նշանակում:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը ժամանակ առաջ խստորեն քննադատել էր BP-ին 2013 թվականին Ազերի-Չիրաղ-Գյունեշլի բլոկի հանքահորերում նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալները «գիտակցորեն նվազեցնելու» եւ բրիտանական ընկերությանը մեղադրել ադրբեջանական կառավարությանը «սուտ կանխատեսումներ» հայտնելու համար:

«Այդ քննադատություններից հետո BP-Azerbaijan ընկերության ղեկավարությունը փոխվեց, արդյունահանման ծավալները մեծացնելու համար ընկերությունը սկսեց լրացուցիչ ներդրումներ կատարել: Չնայած դրան, դեռեւս նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալների աճ չի նկատվում: Այժմ էլ գլխավոր հանքահորերից մեկում պրոֆիլակտիկ աշխատանքների պատճառով Ադրբեջանը 4 մլն բարել պակաս նավթ է ստանալու, ինչը նշանակում է, որ երկիրը 360 մլն դոլար կորուստ է ունենալու», -գրում է կայքը:
