Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի է ունեցել Երևանի քաղաքապետին կից Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի հերթական նիստը: Խորհրդի անդամների քննարկմանն է ներկայացվել օրակարգային 4հարց: Մասնավորապես, ամփոփ ներկայացվել են Երևանիզարգացման 2015 թվականի ծրագրի և Երևան քաղաքի 2015 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծերը, ինչպես նաև «Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքում տեղական տուրքերի 2015 թվականի դրույթաչափերը սահմանելու մասին» Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու որոշման նախագիծը: Ի դեպ, վերջինի մասով նշվել է, որ դրույքաչափերը չեն փոփոխվել, և ներկայացված նախագծի հիմքում է գործող դրույքաչափերն են:
Օրակարգում ներկայացվել է նաև դպրոցների գործունեության առավել թափանցիկությունն ու հրապարակայնությունն ապահովելու նպատակով էլեկտրոնային տեղեկատվական համակարգը: «Երևան քաղաքի կառավարման տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրենը, ծրագիրը ներկայացնելով, նշել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական կայքի համապատասխան բաժնում դպրոցների մասին տեղեկատվության ցանկում ավելացված «Ֆինանսական փաստաթղթեր» ենթաբաժինը ներառում է տարվա ընթացքում ծախսերի և եկամուտների ու դրամական միջոցների հոսքերի նախահաշիվները:
Նիստը վարող քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանն ընդգծել է, որ 2015 թվականի զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունների հիմքում Երևանի տարածքային համաչափ ու կայուն զարգացումն է, ահա թե ինչու, նկատի ունենալով 2014-ի ծրագրերի շարունակականությունն ու մայրաքաղաքի քառամյա զարգացման ծրագիրը, արդեն հաջորդ տարի կիրագործվեն մի շարք նոր ծրագրեր ևս: Միաժամանակ նշվել է, որ նախագծերում ներառվել են նաև Երևանի ավագանու խմբակցությունների կողմից տարվա ընթացքում ներկայացված առաջարկները:
«Մեզ համար առաջնային խնդիր է պահպանել մեկնարկած գերակա ծրագրերի շարունակականությունը: 2015 թվականին հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու սոցիալական նշանակության ծրագրերին, և այդ համատեքստում նախատեսում ենք ամբողջությամբ լուծել հաշվառված 4-րդ կարգի վթարային շենքերի բոլոր բնակիչների բնակարանային ապահովման խնդիրը, որն իսկապես լուրջ լուրջ ձեռքբերում կլինի: Հաջորդ տարվա ծրագրերում բյուջեով նախատեսվում է նաև ավարտել գրադարանների, երաժշտական ու արվեստի դպրոցների, մշակույթի տների վերանորոգման ծրագիրը: Ի դեպ, շուրջ 20 տոկոսով կբարձրանան նաև գրադարանների և մանկապարտեզների աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը: Կընդլայնվեն որոշակի ծրագրեր՝ կապված առանձնահատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող, այդ թվում ոչ միայն հենաշարժողական, այլև տեսողական և լսողական խնդիր ունեցող անձանց համար մատչելիության ապահովման հետ»,-ընդգծել է Վահե Նիկոյանը:
