Քաղաքային կայուն զարգացման ներդրումային ծրագրով իրականացվող աշխատանքների հետ կապված հարցեր են քննարկվել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի փոխնախագահ Վենցայ Ժանգի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հանդիպման ժամանակ: Ողջունելով հյուրերին ու առանձակի կարևորելով Երևանում ճանապարհաշինական, այդ թվում նաև մայրաքաղաքը շրջանցող ճանապարհների կառուցման ծրագիրը՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ երթևեկության կանոնակարգման առումով Արշակունյաց պողոտայի Աշխատանքի հրապարակից մինչև Շիրակի փողոց ընկած 1.3 կմ հատվածում ներկայումս իրականացվող կապիտալ ճանապարհաշինական ծրագիրը ևս շատ կարևոր է Երևանի ու մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչների համար. «Նոր շրջանցիկ ճանապարհների կառուցման ուղղությամբ այսօր լուրջ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում, և մենք կարևորում ենք նմանատիպ ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչումը: Ասիական զարգացման բանկի վարկային ծրագրի առաջին փուլով իրականացվող վերոնշյալ ճանապարհահատվածի կառուցման նպատակը միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանող Երևանի հարավային ավտոճանապարհային դարպաս ունենալն է, ինչն իսկապես օրակարգային խնդիր էր, և ուրախալի է, որ այն այսօր հետզհետե լուծում է ստանում»,- ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի փոխնախագահ Վենցայ Ժանգն էլ, իր գոհունակությունը հայտնելով ծրագրի ընթացքից և ներկա արդյունքներից, ընդգծել է, որ քաղաքապետարանն իսկապես վստահելի և լուրջ գործընկեր է բանկի համար. «Անձամբ եմ այցելել կառուցվող ճանապարհի շինհրապարակ ու ծանոթացել աշխատանքների ընթացքին: Իսկապես մեծ աշխատանք է կատարված, ինչը ողջունելի է: Վստահ եղեք, պարոն քաղաքապետ, որ մեզ համար իսկապես հաճելի է աշխատել մի կառույցի հետ, որը պատրաստակամ է ամենայն հետևողականությամբ կյանքի կոչելու առաջադրված բոլոր խնդիրներն ու ծրագրով նախանշված աշխատանքները»,- նշել է Վենցայ Ժանգը՝ հավելելով, որ բանկը կարևորում է քաղաքապետարանի հետ հետագա փոխգործակցության շարունակումն ու ընդլայնումը:
Անդրադառնալով ճանապարհաշինական ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի աշխատանքներին՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ևս, կարևորելով Ասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ համագործակցությունը, պատրաստակամ է իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում նպաստել համատեղ ծրագրերի շարունակականության ապահովմանը. «Հաշվի առնելով, որ առաջին փուլի աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են արդյունավետ, ակնկալում ենք, որ ԱԶԲ–ն կարճ ժամանակում հավանություն կտա նաև 2-րդ փուլով նախատեսված աշխատանքների ծրագրին, ինչն իր հերթին տրամաբանական ավարտին կհասցնի շրջանցիկ ճանապարհի կառուցման ամբողջ ծավալով աշխատանքները: Տրանշ 2-ով նախատեսված Արգավադ-Շիրակ, Դավթաշեն-Աշտարակի մայրուղի և Բաբաջանյան-Աշտարակի մայրուղի հատվածները հանդիսանում են Երևանի արևմտյան շրջանցիկ ճանապարհի կարևոր հատվածներից և առանց դրանց կառուցման, ակնհայտ է, որ արևմտյան շրջանցիկ ճանապարհն ամբողջական չի կարող լինել: Այս ծրագրի կյանքի կոչումը հյուսիսային կողմից դեպի հարավ ընթացող տրանսպորտային միջոցներին հնարավորություն կտա շրջանցել Երևան քաղաքի կենտրոնական հատվածը, որն իր հերթին զգալիորեն կնպաստի մայրաքաղաքի փողոցների երթևեկի բեռնաթափմանը»,- նշել է քաղաքապետը:
