Ազգային ժողովի «Ժառանագություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը խորհրդարանից դուրս եռյակի համագործակցություն չի տեսնում: Նոյեմբերի 5-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտնեց պատգամավորը: «Դա փոքր համագործակցություն է, որ տեղի է ունենում Ազգային ժողովում, դրանից ավելի համագործակցություն չի կայացել: Դեռ խորհրդարանական համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի, քանի դեռ չենք լուծարել այս խորհրդարանը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' հայտնեց Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը:
Պատգամավորի' լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակն այն էր, որ ներկայացներ կիրակի' նոյեմբերի 2-ին, Արցախի ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի արտագնա նիստի մանրամասները: Նիստին օրակարգում է եղել նաև Զարուհի Փոտանջյանի հեղինակած «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի (Արցախի) և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունների անվտանգության ապահովման ռազմաքաղաքական հիմնադրույթների հայեցակետերի մասին» ՀՀ ԱԺ որոշման նախագիծը: «Կիրակի օրը Ստեփանակերտում կայացած արտագնա նիստի ժամանակ օրակարգը դեռ չհաստատած' հանձնաժողովի անդամ Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանի կողմից բանավոր դիմում ներկայացվեց, որ դռնփակ իրականացվի նիստը: Մինչդեռ դռնփակ նիստեր անցկանցելու համար կա օրենքով սահմանված կարգ, որոնց թվում, Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանի նշած հիմնավորումը, նախատեսված չէր: Արզումանյանի հիմնավորումը, որ սուր հարց է, բյուջեի հատուկ նախագծերին է վերաբերում, համաներման ակտին և այլն, բայց ոչ այս հարցին»,-նշեց Փոստանջյանը:
Նրա խոսքով' նիստին մասնակցելու էր եկել Արցախի անկախ պատգամավոր Վահան Բադասյանը, ով ցանկություն ուներ որոշման նախագծի վերաբերյալ արտահայտելու իր տեսակետը, ինչպես նաև լրագրողը, ովքեր չեն կարողացել մասնակցել դռնփակ նիստին: «Փաստորեն ցանկությունը դա էր, որ չլուսաբանվի նիստն ու Արցախի պատգամավորը հնարավորություն չունենա մասնակցելու ու կարծիք հայտնելու»,- նշեց պատգամավորը' հավելելով, որ ի վերջո իր առաջարկած որոշման նախագիծը ոչ դրական եզրակացության է արժանացել:
Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի տեղեկացմամբ' Թևան Պողոսյանը չի մասնակցել նիստը դռնփակ անցկացնելու քվեարկությանը, իսկ միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է դեմ քվերակել այդ առաջարկությանը:
Պատգամավորը նաև ներկայացրեց «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի (Արցախի) և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունների անվտանգության ապահովման ռազմաքաղաքական հիմնադրույթների հայեցակետերի մասին» ՀՀ ԱԺ որոշման նախագծի կետերը: «Բացառել Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունների պետական սահմաններում այլ պետությունների կամ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից անցակետերի, սահմանապահ մաքսակետերի և այլն տեղակայումը, բացառել Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի սահմաններին այլ պետությունների կամ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից զինված ուժերի տեղակայումը: Երրորդ' բացառել ԼՂ անդամակցությունը կամ միավորումը որևէ կառույցի, որը կվտանգի Արցախի և ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»,- նշեց Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը:
