Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը խաղաղության մեծ համաձայնագրի կնքումը համարում է ոչ թե Ֆրանսիայի Նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի, այլ Ադրբեջանի փոփոխված դիրքորոշումների արդյունք, որը Բաքուն ցանկանում է ներկայացնել որպես միջազգային տեսակետ:

Նոյեմբերի 7-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Ղուլյանը, անդրադառնալով Փարիզում Սարգսյան-Օլանդ-Ալիև հանդիպման ընթացքում Ֆրանսիայի Նախագահի հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը պետք է մի կողմ դնեն տարաձայնությունները և սկսեն խաղաղության մեծ համաձայնագրի պատրաստման գործընթացը, նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանը 10 տարի առաջ հայտարարում էր, որ չի կարող ստորագրել մեծ համաձայնագիրը: «Նրանք ասում էին, թե ճիշտ կլինի, որ մենք սկզբուքները համաձայնեցնենք: Հիմա էլ ասում են, թե չեն կարող սկզբունքները մշակել, ասում են՝ եկեք սկսենք մեծ համաձայնագրից: Ադրբեջանը պարզապես ժամանակ է ձգում, փորձում է մարտավարական տարբեր հնարքներով ազդել բանակցային գործըթնացի վրա, ուստի, պարբերաբար փոխում է իր տեսակետը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Ղուլյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Ղազախստանի Նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի այն հայտարարությանը, թե ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը եղել է փոխզիջումային, Աշոտ Ղուլյանն ընդգծեց, որ Նազարբաևի հայտարարության մասին տեղյակ է այնքանով, որքանով բոլորն են տեղյակ: «Կարծում եմ, որ փոխհամաձայնությունը պետք է հասկանալ այնպես, որ ամեն ինչ մնալու է նույն ձևով, ինչ եղել է: Որևէ բացառություն, առանձնահուկ իրավիճակներ չեն ստեղծվելու, մենք շարունակելու ենք նույն հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ»,- ընդգծեց ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահը:
