Համայում և Դամասկոսի գյուղերում 154 զինյալներ վայր են դրել զենքերը և հանձնվել իշխանություններին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով սիրիական ՍԱՆԱ գործակալությունը, Համայից 138 զինյալների կենսակերպը կարգավորվել է, նրանք պարտավորվել են չկատարել հայրենիքի անվտանգությանը սպառնացող քայլեր:

Համայի մարզպետ Ղասան Խալֆը նշել է, որ պետք է համախմբել բոլոր ուժերը հայրենիքն ահաբեկիչներից պաշտպանելու համար: Նա կոչ է արել բոլորին վերադառնալ իրենց ընտանիքներ՝ ավելացնելով, որ մարզպետարանը հնարավոր ամեն ինչ կանի նրանց կենսակերպը բարելավվելու համար:

Մյուս 16 զինյալները Դամասկոսի Քաֆիր Յաբուս և Ժդիյդա Յաբուս գյուղերում են հանձնվել իշխանություններին:

Ավելի վաղ Զաբադանիի 102 զինյալներ հանձնվել էին իշխանություններին: Հոկտեմբերին Դամասկոսում և մերձակա գյուղերում իշխանություններին հանձնված զինյալների թիվը կազմել է 384, իսկ սեպտեմբերին նման քայլի են դիմել 788 զինյալներ:
