Սևանում նոյեմբերի 16-ին կանցկացվի «Օդապարուկների օր» բացօթյա միջոցառումը: Ափին տեղակայված Արտանիշ գյուղի հարակից դաշտերում օդապարուկների թռիչքը խանգարող շինություններ չկան, փոխարենն այստեղ փչող քամիները կարծես հատուկ ստեղծված են այս բացօթյա գունեղ ժամանցի համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախաձեռնության հեղինակ Սամվել Ռոստոմյանը նշել է, որ «Օդապարուկների օրը» ոչ միայն բացօթյա ժամանցի նոր մշակույթի ձևավորման լավ գործիք է, այլև մեր բնակլիմայական պայմաններն արդյունավետ օգտագործելու հնարավորություն:

«Շատերը Սևանի ափամերձ տարածքներում տարվա այս հատվածում բացօթյա ժամանցի մասին չեն էլ մտածում՝ նշելով, որ ցուրտ է, քամոտ: Իսկ մենք առաջարկում ենք այդ հրաշալի քամիներն օգտագործել օդապարուկներ պարացնելու համար' նոր ու գունեղ հայացքով նայելով Սևանա լճին ու տեղանքի բնակ լիմայական պայմաններին»,- ասել է Սամվել Ռոստոմյանը: Մասնակցության պայմանների համաձայն՝ միջոցառմանը կարելի է ներկայանալ ոչ միան խանութից գնած օդապարուկներով, այլև բերել սեփական ձեռքերով պատրաստած օդապարուկները: Նրանց, ովքեր օդապարուկ դեռ չունեն, կազմակերպիչներն առաջարկում են միանալ միջոցառման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին և հատուկ մասնագետ-վարպետի օգնությամբ շուրջ մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում պատրաստել սեփական օդապարուկը (անհրաժեշտ բոլոր նյութերը տրամադրվում են կազմակերպիչների կողմից):

Նախագիծն իրականացվում է «Օսըմ» (Awesome) հիմնադրամի երևանյան մասնաճյուղի ֆինանսավորմամբ: Հենց այս նախաձեռնությունն է ճանաչվել սեպտեմբեր ամսվա լավագույն գաղափարը: Ինքը' հեղինակը, նշում է, որ միջոցառումը կարող է դառնալ ամենամյա. «Ամբողջ աշխարհում հոկտեմբեր ամսվա 2-րդ կիրակին նշվում է որպես օդապարուկների օր: Մենք էլ կարող ենք միանալ այդ շարժմանը: Կարծում եմ Արտանիշի դաշտերը հրաշալի տեղ են օդապարուկների ամենամյա փառատոնի համար»:
