Երեւանի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ներսիկ Նազարյանի որդին' Արմեն Նազարյանն իր պարտապանների հետ համաձայնության գալու ուղիները ստիպված է դատարաններում փնտրել: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզեց, որ «Ֆլինթրիջ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ն դատական հայց է ներկայացրել «Բիզնես լիդեր հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի դեմ: Վերջինիս հիմնադիրը Երեւանի նախկին ոստիկանապետի որդին' Արմեն Նազարյանն է:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ին «Ֆլինթրիջ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ դիմել է Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան' «Բիզնես լիդեր հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ից հօգուտ իրեն գումար բռնագանձելու պահանջով: «Ֆլինթրիջ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Սեւակ Մարաբյանը «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում հրաժարվեց մեկնաբանություններ տալուց: «Այս գործով անգամ դատական նիստ չի եղել եւ, միգուցե, կողմերը հաշտության գան, ուստի առայժմ ես զերծ կմնամ որեւէ մեկնաբանություն անելուց»,- ասաց Մարաբյանը:

Ի դեպ, «Ֆլինթրիջ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ն միջնորդել է, որպեսզի «Բիզնես լիդեր Հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի հաշիվների եւ գույքի վրա արգելանք դրվի: Արդյունքում՝ գործը քննող դատավոր Գագիկ Խանդանյանը հոկտեմբերի 13-ին միջնորդությունը մասնակի բավարարել է: Նախկին ոստիկանապետի որդու ընկերության գույքի վրա արգելանք է դրվել: Նշենք նաեւ, որ դատարանում պատասխանող ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը հենց ընկերության հիմնադիր Արմեն Նազարյանն է:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում Արմեն Նազարյանն ասաց, որ «Ֆլինթրիջ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ի եւ «Բիզնես լիդեր Հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի միջեւ ֆինանսական խնդիրն առաջացել է վարձակալության վճարների հետ կապված: «Մենք այդ ընկերությունից վարձակալությամբ տարածք էինք վերցրել, բայց գործն իրեն չարդարացրեց: Վարձակալության գումարն էլ չէինք կարողացել ժամանակին վճարել ու հիմա կարգավորում ենք խնդիրը: Բանակցություններ են ընթանում, տեխնիկական հարցեր կան: Այսինքն՝ գույքի տեսքով որոշ բաներ կան, որ պարտքի դիմաց պետք է թողնենք իրենց»:

Հարցին, թե վարձակալությամբ վերցված տարածքում կոնկրետ ինչ գործունեություն է իրականացվել, Արմեն Նազարյանը պատասխանեց. «Նշված տարածքում գտնվում էր Սարյան փողոցի «Մասկվիչկա» սուպերմարկետը, որտեղ առեւտուրը շատ թույլ էր: Այսպես ասեմ՝ այդ փողոցը երեկոյան լրիվ մեռնում էր, ու առեւտուրը շատ վատ էր: Այդ պատճառով էլ վարձակալության վճարման հարցում խնդիր առաջացավ: Հիմա կարգավորում ենք, ամեն ինչ նորմալ է»:
