Հայաստանի նախագահը, իշխանությունները, «Հանրապետականը» ականջալուր են ցանկացած առաջարկի, այդ թվում նաև՝ քննադատության, նշանակում է, որ իշխանությունները՝ նախագահի գլխավորությամբ, չեն գնում իրավիճակը սրելու ճանապարհով և իշխանության նպատակն է երկխոսության ճանապարհով քննարկել և լուծել երկրի առջև ծառացած կարևորագույն խնդիրները: Այս մասին այսօր Ազգային ժողովում՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ անդրադառնալով նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի երեկվա հարցազրույցին:

«Այս հարցազրույցի կարևորագույն կետն այն է, որ երկրի նախագահն էլ նշեց, որ մեր խնդիրն է օգտագործել բոլորիս ուժերը՝ հասնելու համար երկրի զարգացման: Մենք ունենք մի իրավիճակ, որտեղ քաղաքական իշխանությունն ու նրա ղեկավարը, անկախ ընդդիմության կողմից հնչեցրած քննադատությունից, որոշ դեպքերում՝ ոչ կոռեկտ արտահայտություններից, մի կողմ է դնում իր անձնական ու կուսացական շահը և առաջնորդվում է պետական շահով: Եթե մենք ուզում ենք հաջողել, պետք է լսենք մեր գործընկերների կարծիքը: Հիմա ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ կառավարության մեր գործընկերները պատասխանել են ընդդիմադիր գործընկերներին: Նրանք բավարարված չեն ու ավելին՝ մեղադրում են իշխանություններին, որ մենք ունենք մերժողական մոտեցում, դրանից ելնելով՝ Հանրապետության նախագահը ևս մեկ անգամ շանս է տալիս երկխոսության, ևս մեկ անգամ հնարավորություն է տալիս և ասում, որ մենք՝ իշխանություններս, կողմ ենք երկխոսության, եկեք, գտնենք շփման եզրեր»,- նշեց ՀՀԿ խոսնակը:

Հարցին, թե կարելի՞ է ասել, որ նախագահի հարցազրույցը Սերժ Սարգսյան-Գագիկ Ծառուկյան հանդիպման արդյունքն էր, ԱԺ փոխնախագահը պատասխանեց. «Սա Հանրապետության նախագահի հետևողական քաղաքականության արդյունքն է: Առաջին իսկ օրվանից, երբ նախագահն ու ՀՀԿ-ն ստանձնել են երկրի ղեկավարումը, դուք տեսել եք՝ թե՛ մարդու իրավունքների, թե՛ ժողովրդավարության զարգացման, թե՛ քաղաքական ուժերի երկխոսության կոլտուրան արմատավորվել են, մենք եղել ենք այդ գաղափարի ջատագովը»:

«Մենք ունենք լսելու կարողություն, մենք չենք ասում՝ եթե ՀԱԿ-ն է ասում, ուրեմն քըխ է, եթե Բ«արգավաճն» է ասում, ուրեմն քըխ է, մենք ասում ենք՝ նստենք, քննարկենք»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:

Հարցին, թե համաժողովրդական շարժում տեսնո՞ւմ է, ՀՀԿ խոսնակը պատասխանեց, որ չի տեսնում գաղափարական, միասնական համաժողովրդական շարժում: «Ոչ թե չեմ տեսնում, որովհետև չեմ ցանկանում, այլ դասական առումով չկա նման շարժում, որովհետև կան մոտեցումների տարբերություններ, և առանցքային հարցերում նրանք ունեն տարբեր կարծիքներ»:
