Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային շրջայցի շրջանակում վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի ուղեկցությամբ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այցելել է Ա-1 թաղամասի Շերամի 71, 77, 87 և 93 շենքերի հարակից տարածք, բնակիչների հետ մասնակցել բակերի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Պատասխանատուները զեկուցել են, որ կատարված աշխատանքների շրջանակում տարածքները հիմնովին բարեկարգվել և ապահովվել են բնակիչների հանգստի կազմակերպման համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով, այդ թվում՝ ինչպես երեխաների, այնպես էլ մեծահասակների: Բակերը կահավորվել են զրուցարաններով ու նստարաններով, խաղահրապարակների առանձնացված հատվածներն էլ՝ մանկական խաղերով: Բակային տարածքներում անցկացվել է նաև ոռոգման ու արտաքին լուսավորության նոր ցանց: Զեկուցվել է, որ քաղաքապետի հանձնարարությամբ շինարարության ողջ ընթացքում ակտիվ համագործակցություն է եղել բնակիչների հետ. «Մեր որդեգրած սկզբունքն է՝ կառուցվող բոլոր այգիներում ու բակերում շինարարության ընթացքում պարտադիր հարցնել մեր բնակիչների կարծիքը: Բոլոր այս նախաձեռնությունները հենց մեր քաղաքացիների համար են, և նրանք են տնօրինելու բարեկարգ բակերն ու այգիները: Երբ տեսնում ենք այս երեխաների ժպիտը, մեր բնակիչների ուրախությունը, որ իրենց բակային տարածքում ունեցան հանգստի գոտի, դա մեզ ավելի է ոգևորում ընդլայնելու ծրագիրն ու բարեկարգելու մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր այն բակային տարածքները, որոնք դեռևս սպասում են բարեկարգման: Վստահ եմ, որ առաջիկա տարիների ընթացքում մենք կավարտենք ծրագիրն ու Երևան քաղաքում այլևս անբարեկարգ բակ չենք ունենա»,- նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Շրջայցի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետն այցելել է նաև Բ-1 թաղամասի Բաբաջանյան 39 և Անդրանիկի 142 շենքերի բակային տարածքներ, որտեղ ևս այս տարվա ծրագրով բակերի համալիր բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել: Բ-2 թաղամասի 131, 133 և 134 շենքերի հարակից բակային տարածքում էլ շահագործման է հանձնվել ֆուտբոլի փոքր խաղադաշտ՝ ապահովված անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով: Բակերի բնակիչներն իրենց գոհունակությունն ու շնորհակալությունն են հայտնել քաղաքապետին՝ երկար տարիներ անուշադրության մատնված իրենց բակային տարածքները բարեկարգելու սպասված ծրագրի համար:
