Գյումրի-Երևան Մ-1 ավտոճանապարհի 107-րդ կիլոմետրում՝ Հոռոմ գյուղի խաչմերուկում երթևեկությունը կարգավորելու համար տեղադրված են եղել ճանապարհային երթևեկության բոլոր անհրաժեշտ նշանները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, տվյալ վայրում, որտեղ նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ ժամը 19:20-ի սահմաններում, տեղի է ունեցել ավտովթար, նշանները տեղադրված են եղել ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության «Հայաստանի ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհների տնօրինություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի և ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության համատեղ որոշմամբ:

Մասնավորապես, Մ-1 ավտոճանապարհի վրա տեղակայված է 2.1 «Գլխավոր ճանապարհ» ճանապարհային նշանը, իսկ Հ-21 ավտոճանապարհի վրա՝ մինչև Մ-1 ավտոճանապարհի խաչմերուկին մոտենալը, հաջորդաբար տեղակայված են 70, 50, 30 նշանակություններով 3.24 «Առավելագույն արագության սահմանափակում» ճանապարհային նշաններ, իսկ դրանցից հետո՝ խաչմերուկին մոտ տեղակայված են 2.4 «Զիջեք ճանապարհը» և 2.5 «Երթևեկությունն առանց կանգառի արգելվում է» ճանապարհային նշանները:

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի հանձնարարությամբ' արդեն 2 տարի գործում &n bsp;է աշխատանքային խումբ, որը ՀՀ ճանապարհային ցանցի ողջ երկայնքով կատարում է ճանապարհների վթարային և վտանգված հատվածների ուսումնասիրություն։ Գյումրի-Երևան ավտոճանապարհի տվյալ հատվածում ճանապարհային ծածկի վթարային իրավիճակ չկա։Ասֆալտապատումը գտնվում է երթևեկության համար նորմալ վիճակում և չէր կարող վթարի պատճառ դառնալ։

«Գյումրի - Երևան» թիվ 359 միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղով ուղևորների կանոնավոր փոխադրումներն իրականացնող կազմակերպության ընտրության մրցույթը կայացել է 2013թ. հունիսի 28-ին: Այդ երթուղում ընդգրկված միկրոավտոբուսները լիարժեք համապատասխանում են ՀՀ կառավարության թիվ 762 որոշմամբ սահմանված մրցութային կարգի պահանջներին։

Վթարի ենթարկված միկրոավտոբուսը վերջին տեխնիկական զննությունն անցել է 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ին։ Երթուղայինի վարորդը 1977 թվականից վարել է ավտոբուս, վերջին տասը տարում աշխատել է տվյալ երթուղում։

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունը խորին ցավակցություն է հայտնում ողբերգական պատահարի հետևանքով զոհվածների հարազատներին, տուժածներին մաղթում շուտափույթ ապաքինում:
