Բրիսբենի գագաթնաժողովին, բացի 19 անդամ երկրներից, որոնց ընդհանուր առմամբ բաժին Է ընկնում համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ի ավելի քան 80 տոկոսը, հրավիրված են նաեւ Իսպանիան, Մավրիտանիան, Մյանման, Նոր Զելանդիան, Սենեգալը, Սինգապուրը եւ միջազգային հանգուցային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները:
