ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը հրապարակել է անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում արտասահմանյան երկրների պաշտոնյաներից եւ առաջնորդներից երկրի նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի ստացած նվերների ցուցակը, որոնց շարքում թանկարժեքությամբ երրորդ տեղում է ԱՄՆ-ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Էլին Սուլեյմանովի արած նվերը:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ասոշիեյթեդ պրես» լրատվական գործակալությունը:
ԱՄՆ-ի օրենքների համաձայն' նախագահին եւ մյուս պաշտոնյաներին արված նվերները պետք է հանձնվեն այդ նպատակով ստեղծված հատուկ հիմնադրամին:
Ցուցակում թանկարժեքությամբ առաջին տեղում է Բրունեյի թագաժառանգի նվերը. դա շափյուղայով եւ ադամանդներով զարդարված լրակազմ է, որի արժեքը կազմում է 71 հազար 468 դոլար: Երկրորդ տեղում Վաշինգտոնում Քաթարի դեսպանի նվիրած' 10 հազար 400 դոլար արժողությամբ արծվի արձանն է:
Վաշինգտոնում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Սուլեյմանովի' Օբամային նվիրած կարմիր, սպիտակ եւ կապույտ նախշերով գորգի արժեքը 6500 դոլար է:
Գործակալությունը հայտնում է, որ 2013 թվականին Էլին Սուլեյմանովը Միշել Օբամային 435 դոլար արժողությամբ կարմիր գլխաշոր է նվիրել, պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիին' 760 դոլար արժողությամբ գորգ, Բաքվում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ռիչարդ Մորնինգսթարին' 625 դոլար արժողությամբ գորգ: Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սաֆար Աբիեւը Վաշինգտոնում իր գործընկեր Չակ Հեյգելին 600 դոլար արժողությամբ գինիների հավաքածու է նվիրել: Բացի նվերներից, ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաները վճարել են ԱՄՆ-ի բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկների Բաքվից Փարիզ թռիչքների համար:
Ուշագրավ է, որ այդ փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է նոյեմբերի 12-ի երեկոյան «Ադրբեջանի բնության գեղեցկության տոն» անվանմամբ ընթրիքից մի քանի ժամ առաջ,որըկազմակերպել են դեսպան Սուլեյմանովը Ադրբեջանի տրանսպորտի նախարար Զիա Մամեդովի որդու' Ադրբեջան-ԱՄՆ դաշինքի ղեկավար Անար Մամեդովի հետ: Ընթրիքը, որին հրավիրվել են ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության, Կոնգրեսի, դիվանագիտական կորպուսի եւ վերլուծական կենտրոնների տասնյակ ներկայացուցիչներ, պետք է տեղի ունենա ԱՄՆ-ի մայրաքաղաքի շքեղ հյուրանոցներից մեկում'Andrew W.Mellon-ում: Foreign Policy հանդեսի տվյալներով' այդ ընթրիքի համար Ա. Մամեդովը վճարել է նվազագույնը 2 մլն դոլար: Բացի այդ, Ա. Մամեդովը 2013 թվականին ԱՄՆ-ի պաշտոնական անձանց հետ շփումներ ստեղծելու համար Fabiani & Co. լոբբիստական խմբին է վճարել 5 մլն դոլար:
Փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ անցյալ տարի Տանզանիայի նախագահը զեբրի կաշվով զարդարված 4 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ արձան է նվիրել Օբամային, Սինգապուրի վարչապետը' 4 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ բազկաթոռ, Իսրայելի վարչապետը' 2700 դոլար արժողությամբ Երուսաղեմից վերցված քարի վրա փորագրված ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Իսրայելի անկախության հռչակագրերը, Ռուսաստանի նախագահը' 1500 դոլար արժողությամբ սուրճի սպասք եւ թեյի բաժակ:
