Սփյուռքում հայապահպանության մեջ նշանակալի ավանդ ունցող անձինք, կրթօջախներն ու կազմակերպությունները արդեն հինգերորդ անգամ կարժանան մրցանակների: Նոյեմբերի 12-ին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ներկայացվեցին մրցանակաբաշխության մանրամասները: «Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը, համագործակցելով Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության և այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ, արդեն հինգերորդ տարին է անցկացնում է մրցանակաբաշխություն՝ խրախուսելու սփյուռքում հայի, հայկականության նկարագիրը պահպանելու գործում մեծ ավանդ ունեցողներին»,-ասաց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը:
Սփյուռքի նախարարության համահայկական ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Անդրեասյանի խոսքով' ամեն տարի մրցանակաբաշխության անվանակարգերը թարմացվում են: «Այս տարի մրցանակաբաշխության շրջանակներում կանցկացվեն մրցույթներ «Մայրենիի պաշտպան», «Լավագույն ամենօրյա կրթօջախ», «Լավագույն լրատվամիջոց» անվանակարգերում, որոնց համար սահմանված են առաջին, երկրորդ, երրորդ տեղեր: Հայտերն ընդունվում են մինչև դեկտեմբերի 15-ը: Բացի այդ Հայաստանի, Արցախի և սփյուռքի դպրոցներում կանցկացվի «Մենք եղել ենք, մենք կանք, մենք կլինենք» խորագրով Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված շարադրությունների մրցույթ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` տեղեկացրեց Արմեն Անդրեասյանը' հավելելով, որ շարադրությունների մրցույթը կամփոփվի 2015-ի մարտին:
Համաշխարհային հայկական կոնգրեսի և Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության փոխնախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանն էլ նշեց, որ մրցույթի բոլոր մասնակիցներն են արժանանում խրախուսական մրցանակների: «Մրցույթները շատ մեծ նշանակություն ունեն, հինգ տարիների ընթացքում մենք տեսանք, թե ինչպիսի ակտիվությամբ են մարդիկ ներկայացնում իրենց կատարած աշխատանքը: Եղել են դեպքեր, երբ մենք ալբոմներ, տեսաերիզներ ենք ստացել, որտեղ նկարագրվում է կազմակերպությունների ամենօրյա գործունեությունը: Մարդիկ ուզում են ցույց տալ, որ հայապահպանությամբ զբաղվում են»,-շեշտեց Արամ Սարգսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով' գործում է մասնագիտական հանձնաժողով, որը հատուկ չափորոշիչների հիման վրա է ընտրում հաղթողներին, որպեսզի մրցանակաբաշխությունն անցկացվի օբյեկտիվ հիմունքով:
Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե որ երկրների հայկական համայնքներն են զարմացնում հայապահպանության իրենց ծրագրերով, Սրապիոնյանը նշեց. «Մրցանակաբաշխության հիմնական նպատակը լավերի մեջ առավել լավերին հայտնաբերելն է, երբեմն այնքան խորն է նրանց հայապահպանության փորձը, որ ցանկանում ենք այն Հայաստանում կիրառել: Մեզ զարմացնում են Սիրիայի, Իրանի, Լիբանանի դպրոցները: Ռուսաստանում Օդեսայի դպրոցի ուուցչուհու սաները հայերենին տիրապետում են հայաստանյան աշակերտների նման»:
Սփյուռքի փոխնախարարը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ տարիների ընթացքում մրցանակաբաշխությունը գրանցել է հաջողություններ. մեծացել է դիմողների աշխարհագրությունը, բացի այդ' հայտ են ներկայացնում ոչ միայն կազմակերպությունները, նաև անհատները:
