Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարությունը պատրաստվում է հանդես գալ Հայաստանում վաղաժամկետ պայմանական ազատման վերաբերյալ նոր առաջարկով: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հարցին: «Մենք առաջիկայում պատրաստվում ենք հանդես գալ համապատասխան առաջարկով: Արդեն որոշակի ուսումնասիրություններ անցկացրել ենք. ուսումնասիրել ենք մի շարք երկրների փորձը: Սակայն մենք առաջարկով հանդես կգանք այն ժամանակ, երբ կավարտվեն մեր բոլոր ուսումնասիրությունները, քննարկումները և օրենքի նախագծի տեսքով հանդես գալու հնարավորություն կունենանք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորի դիտարկմանը, թե թեթև հանցագործություներ կատարած անձանց պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատումը կարող է թեթևացնել քրեակատարողական հիմնարակների ծանրաբեռնվածությունը՝ նախարարը նշեց, որ պայմանական ազատումը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկները թեթևացնելու լավագույն մեթոդը չէ, և իրենք դրա համար այլ ծրագրեր են իրականացնում: Մանսավորապես, նա նշեց, որ շուտով շահագործման կհանձնվի «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է ներդնել պրոբացիոն ծառայությունը, ինչն էականորեն կնպաստի Հայաստանում քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների ծանրաբեռնվածության նվազմանը:
Պատգամավորը նաև հարց բարձրացրեց «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավորներից մեկի մասին, որին չեն ներկայացրել պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման՝ չնայած որ, վերջինս դրա համար բոլոր հիմքերն ունեցել է: Նախարարը նշեց, որ ինքը չի կարող տեղյակ լինել բոլոր կալանավորների գործերի մասին, սակայն պատգամավորին խոստացավ ուսումնասիրել խնդիրը և պարզաբանել: Նա նաև ընդգծեց, թե հնարավոր է, որ այդ կալանավորը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում վարքի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի, ինչի համար էլ նրան չեն ներկայացրել պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման:
