Մինչ ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի՝ 2013թ. տարեկան հաշվետվության արդյունքները գտնվում են Ազգային ժողովի օրակարգում, և դեռևս ՎՊ նախագահ Իշխան Զաքարյանը Աժ ամբիոնից չի ներկայացրել այն, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ցուցումով ՀՔԾ-ում սկսել են քննել փաստաթղթում բերված չարաշահումների փաստերը: «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում ՎՊ բացահայտումների հիման վրա բազմաթիվ քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը վերահսկիչ պալատի՝ 2013 թվականի ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա, պետական միջոցները ոչ արդյունավետ ծախսելու կասկածով քրեական գործեր է հարուցել:
Ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների՝ ՎՊ զեկույցի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում առանձնացվել են քննության 20 ուղղություններ: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը վերահսկիչ պալատից պահանջել է զեկույցում մատնանշված խախտումները փաստող արձանագրությունները և մնացած փաստաթղթերը: Գլխավոր դատախազությանն են ներկայացվել նաև արձանագրված խախտումների առնչությամբ համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների և պետական հիմնարկների բացատրություններն ու առարկությունները, որոնք կազմվել են հենց ՎՊ-ի պահանջով:
Վերը նշված 20 ուղղություններով տարվող քննության շրջանակներում, ըստ թերթի տեղեկությունների, արդեն իսկ հարցաքննվել են շուրջ 70 անձինք, որոնց թվում եղել են նաև գերատեսչությունների և պետական հիմնարկների ինչպես շարքային աշխատակիցներ, այնպես էլ՝ ղեկավարներ: Հարցաքննվել են նաև պետական պատվերով շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացրած, պետգնումներով ապրանքներ մատակարարած և պետական մարմիններին տարբեր կարգի ծառայություններ մատուցած ընկերությունների տնօրենները և աշխատակիցները:
Քննության ընթացքում գերատեսչություններից և պետական հիմնարկներից առգրավվել են վերահսկիչ պալատի կողմից ուշադրության արժանացած գործարքների փաստաթղթերը, իրականացվել են տեղազննություններ պետպատվերով իրականացված շինարարություններում՝ դրանց իրական ծավալներն արձանագրելու և գնահատելու նպատակով:
