Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի' Հոռոմ գյուղի խաչմերուկի մոտ տեղի ունեցած վթարի վայրում այրված «Գազել»-ի գազի բալոններն ամբողջական վիճակում են: Այս մասին նոյեմբերի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը: «Անցած անգամ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ես նշեցի, որ դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ թվացյալ է, որ գազի բալոնները պայթել են, սակայն, հետագայում, փորձագետների դեպքի վայրի լրացուցիչ զննության ընթացքում նշեցին, որ պայթելուն բնորոշ տեսանելի հետքեր չկան՝ այսինքն, գազի բալոնները գտնվում են ամբողջական վիճակում, թեև վերջնական եզրահանգումները կտրվեն համապատասխան եզրակացության հետևություններում»,- նշեց Ասլանյանը:
Հրդեհի առաջացման պատճառների, վթարի մեխանիզմի մասով արդեն իսկ նշանակված են համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ հրդեհատեխնիկական և ավտոտեխնիկական, այս պահին դրանց վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություն տալն ավելորդ է. համապատասխան եզրակացությունների առկայության դեպքում, հանրությունը կիրազեկվի նաև դրանց մասին:
Նոյեմբերի 10-ին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քննչական գործի շրջանակներում «Կամազ» մակնիշի բեռնատարի վարորդ Մանվել Վարդանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը: Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով ներառում է «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության կամ տրանսպորտի անվտանգության կանոնների խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 2 կամ ավելի անձանց մահ» հատկանիշը: Այս հոդվածով նրան սպառնում է ազատազրկում մինչեւ 10 տարի ժամկետով: Մեղադրյալն օգտվել է իր պաշտպանության իրավունքից՝ ՀՀ քրեական գործին ներգրավվել է պաշտպան:
Փորձաքննությունը չի հաստատել շրջանառվող լուրերը, որոնց համաձայն' «Կամազի» վարորդը եղել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում: «Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ներկա փուլում հիմնավորված է, որ վարորդը եղել է սթափ վիճակում»,-նշեց դատախազը: Հարցաքննվել է նաև դեպքի տուժածների զգալի մասը: «Ներկայումս քննիչները գտնվում են Երևան քաղաքում այրվածքների կենտրոնում, որտեղ հարցաքննվում են մյուս տուժածները: Բնականաբար, ամբողջական ելակետային տվյալները ներկայացվել են փորձագետնին:
Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը նաև անդրադառնալով դեպքի վայրից ,»Գազել»-ի ուղևորներից մեկի՝ Արամ Շիրազունու մատանու և ժամացույցի անհետացման փաստին, նշեց, որ լրատվամիջոցներում ներկայացված հոդվածը՝ իրերի անհետացման վերաբերյալ, ուղարկվել է քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային վարչություն և հանձնարարվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննության շրջանակներում քննության առարկա դարձնել նաև այդ հանգամանքերը:
