Ոչ պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների նախորդ տարիների շրջանավարտները հնարավորություն ունեն ստանալ պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ՝ մինչև 2016-17 թթ. ավարտը:
ՀՀ ԿԳՆ բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության վարչության պետ Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանի համոզմամբ՝ նման բուհերն ավարտածները հաճախ ունենում են որոշակի խնդիրներ և դժվարություններ՝ հատկապես աշխատաշուկայում կամ էլ այն ժամանակ, երբ ցանկանում են կրթությունը շարունակել և ստանալ ավելի բարձր աստիճան: ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ն փորձելու է լուծել այդ խնդիրը:
«Ոչ պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների նախորդ տարիների շրջանավարտները ժամանակին ստացել են ավարտական փաստաթուղթ, որը պետական նմուշի չէ: 2010-11 թթ. ՀՀ ԿԳՆ նախաձեռնությամբ մշակվեց և կառավարությանը ներկայացվեց օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն, և հնարավորություն տրվեց, որ մինչև 2013 թվականը ներառյալ շրջանավարտները ստանան պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ: Գործընթացն ավարտվեց 2013 թվականին, 75 տոկոսը ստացան դիպլոմ, 25 տոկոսը կամ չմասնակցեցին քննություններին, կամ ստացան անբավարար, կամ էլ քննություններից մեկից կտրվեցին, և նրանց դիպլոմ չշնորհվեց: Ուսանողներ կային, որ ցանկություն ունեին ևս մեկ անգամ հնարավորություն ստանալ փոխարինել դիպլոմները պետականով: Ժամկետը երկարաձգվեց մինչև 2017-18 ուսումնական տարին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանը:
Նրա խոսքով ՝ շրջանավարտները հնարավորություն կունենան հանձնել քննություններ և ստանալ պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ:
«Ամփոփիչ ատեստավորման քննություններ հանձնելու նպատակով շրջանավարտները տվյալ ամսվա մարտի սկզբից մինչև ապրիլի 15-ը ԿԳՆ են ներկայացնում քննությունների մասնակցության մասին հատուկ փաստաթղթեր»,-նշեց Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանը: Այդ փաստաթղթերն են. դիմում-հայտը, որը նշված ժամկետի ավարտից հետո փոփոխման ենթակա չէ, ավարտական փաստաթղթի՝ դիպլոմի, և ներդիրի բնօրինակը և պատճենը, երկու լուսանկար:
Քննություններն անց են կացվում տվյալ տարվա համար ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված պետական կամ հավատարմագրված ոչ պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում: Քննություններն անց են կացվելու՝ համաձայն տվյալ բուհի տվյալ տարվա համապատասխան մասնագիտության գործող ուսումնական պլանի և ամփոփիչ ատեստավորման քննությունների:
Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանի խոսքով՝ կանխատեսվում է, որ պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ ստանալու համար քննություններ կհանձնեն 2000 շրջանավարտներ:
Ամփոփիչ ատեստավորման քննությունների վերահանձնում է կազմակերպվում մինչև 2016/17 ուսումնական տարվա ավարտը և միայն այն առարկաներից, որոնցից նախորդ քննաշրջանում դիմորդներն անբավարար են ստացել:
