ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում շարունակվում է ընթացիկ տարվա հուլիսին Շահումյանի շրջանով ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատած ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի երկու անդամների՝ Շահբազ Գուլիևի և Դիլհամ Ասկերովի գործով դատական նիստը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արցախպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 18-ին կայացած դատական նիստում դատավոր Անատոլի Թադևոսյանը ներկայացրել է Շահումյանի շրջանի անչափահաս բնակիչ Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանության վայրի զննության և դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արձանագրությունները՝ լուսանկարչական հավելվածով: Այնուհետև արձանագրություններն ուսումնասիրելու և ծանոթանալու համար ներկայացվել է մեղադրող և պաշտպանվող կողմերին:
Դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանի այն հարցին, թե' ի վերջո, ո՞վ է սպանված պատանու մարմինը տեղափոխել դեպքի վայրից, ամբաստանյալներ Գուլիևն ու Ասկերովը փոխադարձաբար մեղադրել են միմյանց ինչպես սպանության, այնպես էլ դիակը դեպքի վայրից տեղափոխելու հարցերում: Մասնավորապես, ամբաստանյալ Ասկերովն իր ցուցմունքներում մի դեպքում պնդել է, թե իր ինքնաձիգը, որով իրագործվել է Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանությունը, խմբի մյուս անդամների ինքնաձիգերից տարբերվում էր նրանով, որ բռնակը կոտրված էր, իսկ մյուս դեպքում, որ ինքնաձիգի ծալովի մասն է կոտրված եղել, որն էլ հետագայում փոխել է հանցախմբի մյուս անդամների հետ: Սակայն շարունակել է պնդել, որ սպանության գործում ինքը մասնակից չի եղել, ինչին հակադարձել է Գուլիևը՝ նրանից պահանջելով դատարանին պատմել ճշմարտությունը:
Հակառակ Ասկերովի ցուցմունքների, մեղադրող կողմը հանդես է եկել փորձագիտական եզրակացության հրապարակմամբ, ըստ որի, սպանության գործիքը չի փոխվել և այն հայտնաբերվել է Ասկերովի մոտ, որի վերաբերյալ վերջինս հստակ պատասխան չի կարողացել տալ:
Հուլիսի 4-ին Հավսաթաղ համայնքի վարչական տարածքում տեղակայված «Ճումենե կոչվող տեղամասից զենքի գործադրմամբ առևանգել են անչափահաս Սմբատ Մեխակի Ցականյանին (ծնված 28.04.1997թ., բն. էր Շահումյանի շրջանի Նոր Էրքեջ գյուղում), ում դիակը հուլիսի 15-ին հրազենային վնասվածքներով հայտնաբերվել է Շահումյանի շրջանի Քարվաճառ և Մանաշիդ համայնքների հարակից անտառահատվածում:
Կազմակերպված հանցավոր խմբի' ինքնությունը չպարզված անձը հուլիսի 11-ին' ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, Վարդենիս-Քարվաճառ ճանապարհատվածի 32-րդ կիլոմետրին, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթներով, հրազենով դիտավորությամբ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել է ՀՀ Երևան քաղաքի Ա. Սարգսյան փողոցի թիվ 6 շենքի 11 բնակարանի բնակիչ, 1971թ. ծնված Սարգիս Սամվելի Աբրահամյանին, իսկ ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի բնակչուհի, 1977թ. ծնված Կարինե Արշավիրի Դավթյանին պատճառել հրազենային վնասվածքներ և ձերբակալման ժամանակ զինված դիմադրություն ցուցաբերելու ընթացքում' վնասազերծվել:
